Very impressed ... the ribs were deliscious ... tender... fell off the bone , pulled pork sandwhich just as good, pork n beans mac and cheese perfect...! Highly recommend .. cant wait to try more on their menu.

Good bbq is hard to find in KW. But Pop's has become our go-to bbq place. We love the sampler with all the fixings. My fave is the pulled pork and the baked beans; whereas, my husband loves the ribs, brisket, and mac n chz. It is an easy way to pick up dinner for the night and totally worth it.

I ordered the sampler platter to get a taste of all the meats. There is plenty for 2 to share! My favorite was the pulled pork: good smoke flavor although a little dry (4 stars). Ribs were tender and a good smoke flavor (3 stars), Brisket was very good and a good smoke flavor but a little dry (4 stars), Chicken (dark meat): the skin was so though I couldn't bite through it, the leg was tough and chewy, smoke flavor was good, the dark meat was a large serving perhaps that is why it was tough (mutant chicken), would NOT order again (1 star). Had the coleslaw and baked beans, both were good but nothing special. They were served in small Styrofoam containers not a very large serving. I had the Carolina Tangy and Kansas Classic sauces, both were good. Service was excellent and staff was very friendly. Seating is available outside covered by a tent and there is parking available. I cook a lot of my own BBQ and Pops is an alternative if i am not in the mood!

Amazing barbecue, that you do not even need sauce for it to taste good. Everyone I was with had every meat on the menu, all really enjoyed their plates. The sauces added an even better flavor. A+ baked beans. Quick service. Easily best barbecue in the keys. Pleasant staff. And the servings are very big, especially the combo plates! So for the price, it’s a very good deal, compared to most other keys eateries, that cost a lot but don’t give you much meat. Will come back.
