We were seated beside a table of ten men celebrating a bachelor party. They were so loud we had to shout to have a conversation between the two of us. On a positive note the food and our server were excellent.

We are local and love coming to Prime for special occasions. We have been to all the high end restaurants in Key West and keep coming back to Prime. The service is amazing - thanks Alec! We always share a NY strip steak and a giant baked potato. Last night we ordered a crab cake and it was amazing! As good as any from Baltimore. And it went really well with our Old Fashioneds. We will come again and again.

Prime Steakhouse is a standout in Key West and exactly what a great dining experience should feel like. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was refined but never stiff welcoming, attentive, and effortlessly professional.
The staff struck the perfect balance between polished and personable. Service was smooth, respectful, and genuinely attentive without being overbearing. You could tell they cared about the experience, not just the transaction.
