The soup of the day (Gumbo) was excellent and the meatball appetizer was so good that we came back just to get it again. “The Best Chicken Parmesan” lives up to its name. A hearty piece of chicken, well seasoned breading, and their outstanding red sauce, covered in cheese, was a sinful indulgence that I could not stop eating until the plate was clean. All the dinners were fantastic and gave a genuine feel of home cooked italian. The environment was fun complimented by exceptional staff that helped with any table needs.

The wood-fired pizza is killer. I almost always order the Roostica specialty pizza with San Marzano tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, sweet sausage, caramelized onions, mushrooms, and roasted peppers. It’s consistently cooked perfectly every time.
Yesterday we made an extra stop with friends and decided to load up on appetizers. We ordered the homemade meatballs over polenta and the Limoncello wood-fired wings (Jamaican-style) served with grilled onions and focaccia bread. The meatballs were hands down the best I’ve had in my entire life —The wings were just as impressive. If you order the wings with buffalo sauce be forewarned it's spicy.
Roostica isn’t just a restaurant for us — it’s a tradition and a destination spot every single trip. We’ll absolutely keep coming back. Don't change anything!

Cafe Roostica was straight up amazing. The service was on point, the beer was ice cold, and the pizza… man… easily some of the best pizza I’ve had in a long time.
The crust was perfect, toppings were loaded, and everything came out hot and fresh. You can tell they actually care about the food.
Overall, I loved it here and I’ll definitely be back. If you’re in the area and want legit pizza with great service, this is the spot. 🍕🍺🔥

Easy walk from Ocean’s Edge Resort. The staff are very attentive and hard working. It was extremely busy and we took the first available at the pizza bar. Food is homemade, everything we ordered was delicious ! Great red sauce, meatballs, Margherita pizza, bread! Fun atmosphere, clean and friendly. Highly recommend 👍🏼🍕
