If I could I would leave negative stars on this review. To my disturbance this establishment left me TRAUMATIZED! An employee chewed a rooster while I was in the outdoor dining area broke its neck m his barehanded the chickens screams were stomach wrenching. It what on the man as is twitched in the last moments of life, then the employee returned to work like this was an everyday occurrence. It was absolutely atrocious and aggravating when I spoke to the manage he said the chicken wasn’t dead it was just scared as if he were mocking my intelligence and the fact that I am a 31year old vegetarian. It was the worst experience I had ever had I was dining with my grandfather who has dementia so it is hard enough to get him out of the house to enjoy life. The whole experience left me speechless in the moment I felt helpless and that not one employee including the manager on duty cared that this rooster had been strangled to death right before our dinner table. The incident happened on April 25, 2024.Vegetarian options: I literally watched a man strangle and kill a rooster then return to work as if the dead bird hadn’t lost control of its bowels and excreted feces all over an employee who then returned to work. The look in his eyes as he chased the rooster horrendous that of a monster as I thought to myself he wouldn’t hurt the animal while he was working surely.. I was wrong!! It was a traumatic experience and we will never return. Mind you we have never had a tab less than $150 and have been vacationing in keywest for years!

Great Italian food in a relaxed atmosphere. We come every time we vacation in the lower keys.
I was down at the kids at a job. I decided to get some pizza. Great decision. I got a personal pepperoni pizza. It was delicious but what made it even better was the hostess was amazing. She was super nice. Definitely going again when I'm back down there.

We sat in the bar and the pizza was really good! The only thing we didn't enjoy was our server. She had an attitude and was so uninterested in waiting on us it was obvious. She sat at the end of the bar watching tiktoks loud enough for us to know. Again maybe just order takeout, the pizza was great!

Everything was amazing! I took my best friend and her daughter for my friends birthday and all the food was so so good! I had the lobster pizza and my best friend had the Mac and cheese. The portions were enough to take home. And for desert we also got the Chocolate lava cake that we were able to split with three people.Parking: The parking seems limited and is in front and on the side of the building.

After giving this restaurant a second chance, and a year since my first visit, I was pleasantly surprised. The service had greatly improved, and the food was phenomenal. Adding Roostica to our list of lower keys favorites. Definitely returning!
