Food - quality, serving size and range of choices- is excellent. Unless one is seated next to a group - and those always seem to be loud- it's a quiet venue where one can converse with dinner companions in normal voice levels. There's no blasting music and the venue design helps the acoustics. The servers are efficient, knowledgeable and personable. We'll be back!
Menu selection was great, highly recommend the soup, fried goat cheese, and steak tips our server was attentive and friendly
Excellent. The noise level was noted a bit higher than I think usually is encountered. We were sitting inside and the kitchen staff was having a great time and conversation. It was actually pleasant to hear them enjoying each other and their work.
Our hostess Geri, and our server Brad, helped make our evening perfect. I had the tuna and my wife had the ravioli. Both entries were perfectly served. We've been dining at Serabeth's every visit to Key West and will continue into the future.
I was always told if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all. I will make an exception to this rule on this occasion. Ok, the reservation was for New Years Eve, so I expected it to be busy. The restaurant is not big, maybe 30 seats inside and an additional 40 seats outside. Our reservation was for 8:30. There were a few other groups waiting for 8:30 seatings also when we arrived. The hostess apologized for the delay and said they were a little backed up. The hostess also clears tables, resets tables, seats diners and brings drinks. To say they were understaffed in an understatement. In addition to the hostess, there were two waitstaff and one food server. They were the only saving grace to our experience. Well, after waiting outside on the sidewalk for an hour, we were finally seated. To our surprise, it was a fixed menu. There was no mention of that when I made the reservation. Our waitress immediately informed us of several items that were no longer available. Our wedge salad was good. It is difficult to mess that up. This was followed up by a seared ahi tuna steak and a curried chicken dish. Both were good, not great. Time for dessert. NO desserts left!! Again lots of apologies. I would just like to thank Brad, one of the waitstaff for making the night somewhat enjoyable. I had only hear good things about Sarabeth's, but that was not our experience.
Sat us an hour late for our reservation. It was a set menu and they overbooked and ran out of food. The hostess did not manage table turnover well. There was a dispute between her and a waiter. She stormed out leaving the staff to clean up her mess.
We went to Sarabeths for New Years Eve and had a lovely dinner. The meal was on point and the STAFF WAS EXCEPTIONAL! I highly recommend this resturant.
Being waited on by Brad was the most exceptional experience my family and I have ever had at a restaurant. Truly an incredible experience
Do not let the pictures of the dishes fool you. They do not represent the current menu or the ability of the chef. The swordfish dish is an undersized medallion of fish, which was either a frozen fish, over-cooked, or both. It was tough and tasteless. More insulting was the placement on a bed of lettuce with 4 stems of asparagus. It was not billed as a salad plate, but that is what it was - a salad of greens with some vinaigrette dressing and rubbery fish for $42. The only redeeming factor was the service, otherwise a highly disappointing dining experience.
If you are lucky enough to have Brad as your server, it will be the greatest experience of your life! The guy remembers us from last Christmas, made us feel welcomed and special. The man is a hell of a good time!!

We dined here on Christmas Eve and were very disappointed. It was very loud, the lighting was very bright and similar to a cafeteria. Wine list was poor, and the food was just okay. We love Sarabeth's for brunch, but can't recommend for dinner.
Food was very good. There were not enough servers for the full house. !8 % tip added on was a surprise.
We were a party of 8 and all had such a good time. We enjoyed the food but our server contributed to the experience. He was very much a part of our fun. Food was good and price was as expected.
We lucked out with our:6:00 reservation as happy hour was until 6:30. Ordered several starters and wine (no had liquor). Cream of tomato soup was rich and tasty. Everything else was well prepared and tasted good. Service was top notch although restaurant was quite empty. Cusp of the season. Did not have dessert. Be aware of menu in advance...very limited.
Wonderful experience!! Thank you Brad best waiter ever!!! 👏👏👏Applause to a wonderful establishment.
