This ended up being our favorite place we ate at the entire time we were on vacation in Key West…the atmosphere was so nice for dinner and sunset…the view was amazing and the soft live music was very nice…the key lime pie was the best we’d had all week and we tried a lot of key lime pie…I ended up getting the soup of the day as my entree which was the Boston seafood chowder I believe and it was sooo good as well as the bread they bring to the table…the mojitos were good as well…I wish I could remember our waiters name as he was so lovely and attentive and really made the evening a great experience…would definitely recommend and will be back!

Shor is a gem. Everything about the experience was top notch. The menu isn't large, but what we've had is excellent. They have ruined me for ever having a Wedge Salad anyplace else but there! We went yesterday and leave KW in three days. We're actually thinking about going back our last night here!

We had a wonderful meal as we watched the sunset over the ocean. Cannot say enough about our courteous and helpful server Velhi who allowed us to sit, relax and enjoy. He also made excellent meal recommendations and surprised us with an anniversary dessert at the end of the meal. Highly recommend the deck for a romantic dinner spot with fantastic food. Thank you for a fabulous dinner.

We were staying at the Hyatt Centric and booked Shor based on website menu. I made dinner reservations for 7:0 pm for 6 people. We walked into an empty restaurant and was asked if we had reservations - DUH!!! Turns out the menu we were given was a very small 8X10 laminated sheet. Nothing at all appealed to me. Service was terrible = there were no other patrons and we didn't see our server for a bit. It as so disappointing because the menu online looked wonderful. And it was crazy expensive for the small meal we had. My husband and xdousin's Mahi Mahi was about 2X2 inches. Will never go there again and I will absolutely never recommend it!!

I was there for easter I chose the price fixed menu the grilled shimp starter was a nice beginning. The snapper with tomato and olives was outstanding and key lime pie was a great way to end the meal. Veli my server was excellent, answered any questions I had about the menu.

We had beautiful view / limited cocktails choice no lemoncello we do not stick this said the strict server / limited seafood choices / place was empty at 7:15 all night / food served was minuscule mahi mahi terrible . So disappointed
Excellent location with outside dining overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Menu is not large but offers good choice range of fresh fish, chicken, beef, vegetable. I had snapper that tasted great and had been caught just a few hours before. My wife had risotto with scallops, also excellent. Key lime pie for dessert could have benefitted from a stronger lime taste but was still very enjoyable. Setting was a bit noisy due to a large outdoor party next door with a live band. But your experience may vary. Bottom line- high quality food, perfect and attentive service with a great view. Pricey but worth it!

We had such a great experience here! Merryl is the best! She has great energy and is very attentive and kind. The food was terrific and the waterfront views are stunning. This is our new favorite spot in Key West and we'll definitely be returning soon and requesting Merryl. Can't beat this location and the great food and service! Thank you Merryl for the awesome service and adding to our terrific experience! :)

This is the place for great sunset views over the ocean. The service was excellent, although my chicken dinner was just so-so. Very bland. I would highly recommend changing to a different type of chicken dish.
It’s Key West and it’s at a hotel so pricey is what it is. The views for breakfast can’t be beat and the service and food is top notch.

At 7:59pm paid $120 bill and was NOT handed my credit card back with the check. I had to go find my waitress to get my card. A fraud alert came at 8:05pm that $2400 had been spent at the Hyatt Centrix Key West. I didn't realize until the fraud alert came through. My card was shut down and waiting 2 days for a new one. Hyatt couldn't explain.
Can't beat the view from the restaurant's outdoor tables at sunset! The menu offers a variety of fresh local seafood skillfully prepared by their chef. My husband and I both enjoyed the grouper! Anna and the rest of the wait staff were very attentive and provided a wonderful dining experience!

I sincerely apologize for the delayed feedback. We had dinner at Shor on Feb 27th. The food was delicious. All of our entrees were cooked perfectly and the Risotto was amazing. The staff were attentive and prompt in checking in with us. We had a table outside and nothing better than watching the sunset. Thank you

Noisy kids at pool at our special event dinner. They should put up a sound barrier from pool and kids for outside dining. Had chefs special never told price till bill came. It was good but very pricy for portion given. Service was very good our waiter was good but his helper brought our drinks to next table and there appetizer to us she seemed confused. It was empty inside so don't know if she was new or what. Multiple errors. Nice place but too noisy to spend high end $50 entrees and have screaming kids to deal with. No acknowledgment of our special event either. Lots of other less expensive quieter restaurants in key west
