I can't understand how this place gets 4+ stars. They have a good selection of sauces. Some are pretty hot of you like that sort of thing. The beans were OK. Be advised they pull their pork then chop it into an almost paste- like consistency. I was charged an additional $11 for the brisket. Big mistake. It's sliced paper thin and it has no smoke ring. I left very disappointed since the venue is pretty cool.

Really enjoyed this place. Drove to key west to eat and this was such a vibe on the water. Food was good too will definitely like to go back for their brisket. Seems like a mom and dad kind of shop not a full service like some may expect but definitely one of the nicest I came across on during my time over there

I’m not sure how this place has so many good reviews. The burnt ends were mediocre at best and not really very burnt. The “toast” was untoasted, soggy, and tasted like it was from the dollar store. The fries were okay, but that was it. There wasn’t enough meat to justify a $30 price tag, it was the equivalent of what I would portion for a toddler. The guy at the counter was nice enough, but the whole place was gross and greasy and felt like a tourist trap. I’m not sure what else I expected from two houseboats stapled together in a strip mall parking lot.

Fantastic food... super juicy BBQ, delicious coleslaw, exceptional smoked potato salad, and the best homemade hot sauces far and wide. The owner is super friendly and the staff is very accommodating. The restaurant is located on a boat in the harbor... an extraordinary location! We'll be back!

Pretty cool little place to go for BBQ. Restaurant is on a boat in the marina. The service was very friendly. When you first enter, go to counter to place your order. We got brisket and pork. Being honest, it wasn't fantastic, knock your socks off BBQ, but it was very good. They have a nice variety of flavors of BBQ sauce. Soda sold by bottle. If you like free refills, sweet tea is available. Overall, we enjoyed our experience.

Place is awesome. Bbq is great. View is amazing. It’s bbq on a houseboat! Cmon you’d have to be crazy not to love this concept.
Absolutely love this place. My lady loved it too. A restaurant on a boat lol what’s not to love. Dave was amazing with his suggestions and knowledge about the food. My lady does the keto diet and he knew exactly what she could have. Fantastic barbecue and the variety of sauces is incredible. Highly recommend. Fun date night or just to go eat some great bbq

Delicious spot for dinner with a spectacular view of the ocean . This restaurant is on a boat, but I didn’t feel it sway at all. We got the ribs and pulled pork and sausage. Unfortunately they were sold out (this is why I dropped a star on service) of the pulled chicken at 6:30pm :( but the meat was so tasty. Lots of bbq options and the best part? The fries are seed oil free! They were crispy and the seasoning was glorious. No inflammatory oils is always a plus in my book. Anyway definitely check this spot out

Outstanding smoked BBQ shack in a wonderful setting on the water. Probably best pulled chicken BBQ sandwich and slaw I have ever had. Owner is from GA so he has street cred. Tried the Pork sandwich my BF ordered was also delicious . Cornbread was perfection. This is the coolest, best and probably only floating BBQ shack in America. Run here and avoid old town . Plenty of parking.

Small place with delicious food, friendly staff, relaxing harbor view. Wide open windows allowed a light breeze to blow through.

Everywhere I go, I look up a good BBQ restaurant to try out. Smoked BBQ was very good. I had the brisket with sides of collard greens and baked beans. The brisket was thinly sliced. I usually like brisket sliced bigger, but these melted in your mouth. The BBQ sauce was great to add on. I liked the Georgia style the most, and the jalapeño was a close 2nd. The baked beans were great and were the next best food on my plate. The collars were also good (i do prefer collards without potatoes, but it was good). This restaurant is a chill vibe, located on a boat. The gentlemen there were attentive. You see all kinds of birds and some big fish jumping out of the water occasionally. 8/10

Watch out for the upcharges when you eat here my boyfriend had 2 meat combo $25, he ask for brisket & burnt ends...endup charged him $12 more on each meat, it's $50 total. (the owner didn't addressed it will be upcharges... when we asked for brisket and burnt end he said you can have 2 meat combo...so we thought it's $25 (I guess the 2 meat combo only for sausage and chicken bones). Food was just ok not a $50 bbq meal!
