The “owner,” a woman with white hair and a very unwelcoming attitude, told me they had açaí, but when I received it, it was hot not even slightly cold, which completely defeats the purpose of an açaí bowl. I politely asked if I could exchange it for a smoothie instead, but she refused and shockingly threatened to call the police. I wasn’t given a refund and left Key West with one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a business. Absolutely unacceptable customer service.

Ordered an Acai bowl and unfortunately nothing but the toppings were good. The Acai itself was seemingly incredibly watered down as there was almost no taste to it.

I was craving acai, and this spot was the nearest, i don’t have any pics, but lemme tell you this was the WORST acai i’ve ever eaten!!! It didn’t taste like acai it just tasted like blueberry with water smoothie, and let’s not talk about the price. It was about $15 for the tropical acai and the bowl was kind of small, fruit didn’t taste like anything. Lady that was there at night was sooo nice!! The only good thing about this place was her.

Fresh fruit, honey and acai is hard to f up. So, not bad. Their Pina colada is also not bad on a hot day. The service is another story. Seems the attendants are more concerned with checking their phones and avoiding being bothered to be helpful to patrons. I'd Probably skip this place for this reason. Especially at those prices.

Terrible. We ordered drinks in pineapple, paid for them. Got a completely different drink. She wouldn’t admit she made the wrong one and tried to upcharge us. We won’t come back.

I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemies. They are trying to sell everything under the sun, yet they don't do a good job on any 1 thing. Tried there "shaved ice" only to find out that they used crushed ice making a snow cone, which is nothing like real shaved ice. Scamming customers thinking they are getting something different is not a good look for a business.
