We’ve been loyal local customers for years, but the customer service has gotten unbelievably bad. The employee we dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional, and instead of addressing our concerns, she kept brushing us off and telling us to “talk to the manager.” The dark skinned employee got very loud and use unprofessional language and The manager’s lack of interest made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority here. There’s other places in town where you can get yourself boba tea.After years of giving them our business, we will not be returning.

Seriously the best lunch restaurant in key west. I’m ordering at least once a week and it never fails to taste amazing. And it’s literally the only place in town I order food from just because it’s so so good. And just getting better!!!

Love smoothie shuttle!! They always make my smoothies with the perfect amount of fresh fruits and veggies! Roxy and Ariel are always kind and helpful. The teriyaki beef burritos are absolutely amazing! I’m not positive through the kitchen. Staff is but they do an amazing job.!
