This place has absolutely terrible service. Every single time I come here they tell me to “Hold on” or “wait” then they forget about me & never take my order. The slushies here are never mixed ! They just don’t care at all.

Fantastic food. Lovely staff. Cute rooster running around. Atmosphere is okay, but not perfect to actually sit down during the day due to heat. Don’t get why there’s bad reviews lately. I loved it, and so did my family.

When I went yesterday, I saw two employees (on the clock) go into their car, it was a blue mercury, and start smoking weed. One of them was vaping and blowing it towards customers after she got out of the car. Normally, I wouldn’t care about people smoking weed or vaping, but when you are doing it on the job and it causes service to take 20+ minutes for a drink, it’s a bit ridiculous.

I'm reminded again, why I said I'd never eat here. The last 4 times I ordered food at Sonic, ALL the Food's always Burnt. TOO Salty. Taste like cooked in some fowl oil. I order 30-40$ worth of discusting, unedible, food , my dog won't even eat it. Order is always wrong too. Who ruins a burger, or tattor tots, or jalapeno poppers, or burns onion rings. The only thing I trust is the corn dog. 🤦🏼♀️ Waste of space. Never eating there again. And this time I mean it. I wish a Chick Filet was there, instead. 🤷♀️

The worst sonic i have ever ate at. Over 20 minute wait to order my food when there was no cars waiting then once my food was order had to wait another 18 minutes and never got my receipt, and never got the condiments I order. I ask for them when i order the food and a second time when they finally brought my food. And still n̈ever got them. Avoid this location at all cost

Secondly, I go to the drive thru and they tell me via the speaker to “hold on”. 3-4 minutes later they come back.
Thirdly, they have a large sign that says FULL MENU ALL DAY. However when I tried to order my lunch type sandwich at 9:00 am they refused to take my order…..stating that “lunch” doesn’t start until 10 am. I asked what full menu all day means then and the girl said breakfast all day. I’ve never had this type of trouble at any other sonic.

I used to love this Sonic location. The last 2 visits have been awful. Undercooked and mushy onion rings on both occasions and an undercooked and soggy bun burger on this occasion. There have been previous issues with forgotten items. But, undercooked and inedible food is not acceptable. For the price- other better food options exist.
