Ambience in a Sonic drive-in stall is hard to judge but everything was tidy neat and electronically effective. Delivery staff was pleasant and fast..also expressed gratitude for tip. Cheeseburgers were classic and tasty..loaded with pickles lettuce and Secret Sauce [8/10] and vanilla shakes thick and flavorful..with appropriately giant straws [9/10]. ALWAYS WORTH THE STOP

I placed my order in the app and it was supposed to be ready at 810pm I didn't get it until around 843pm. The fries were barely warm

We stopped here for a quick meal and the staff was super friendly and helpful. I got the Coney dog and tater tots and it was fast and tasty.

Since you don’t want to answer your phone I’ll make this review. The food is completely burnt and hard as a hockey puck. Food is so dark and also didn’t receive dipping sauces. Will be calling corporate.

We ordered two Sonic Blasts through the app and set a 5 minute pick-up time. We arrived and pulled into one of the spaces reserved for Mobile Order Pick-up seven minutes after placing the order. The app wouldn't accept check-in at that spot. I moved over to the spot closest to the M.O.P. spots and checked in. When our Blasts were delivered, they were both melted enough that they would have been able to be drank with a straw.

Spent 25 minutes of my lunch break waiting for someone to take my order. After trying to get someone's attention and being ignored the entire time, I finally left. Will never return to this location. Key West has the absolute worst customer service of any town I've ever lived in. The people who work here are an actual joke. I would be ashamed to work at these places. What an embarrassment.

This place has absolutely terrible service. Every single time I come here they tell me to “Hold on” or “wait” then they forget about me & never take my order. The slushies here are never mixed ! They just don’t care at all.
