Service was lacking. Nobody spoke English. I wasn't asking for anything complicated. I had to download a picture on my phone so they could see what I wanted then charged me a second time for the wrong item. Must have been a bad day, others were there waiting and left without getting their food. Food tasted good when we finally got what we ordered.

The management is generally weirdos, and specifically the short white guy named Ty. He's the real problem and emotionally unstable. He is not fit to be manager. He gives the whole place a bad name and a bad vibe

This was a great stop for dinner while vacationing on the island. Our car hop was very kind and patient with us as we double checked our order. And, she was quick to correct the oops we discovered. The prices are great and food quality was on point to other Sonic experiences around South Florida. Would definitely eat here again next time we're on the island.

One of your Sonic employees, a young, black man who spoke spanish so I couldn't catch his name, helped me when my bike broke down across the street from your franchise. He was wonderful and it's good to know that you have employees like that. I hope that if you know who he was, that he is rewarded for being such a kind, caring person.

Awful food. Had to yell our order due to poor speaker system. Popcorn chicken was hard as a rock had to ask for forks and sauce and girl brought them dumped them and left with out a word I guess because credit card system wouldn't work or allow us to tip. empliyee who answered speaker ask us repeatedly to repeat our order. Food was awful a d not worth the 30$ we paid. I wouldn't walk away from this sonics I'd run!
