Cuban Sandwich- PERFECT. I'd come back for that alone. But the bathroom situation is just annoying. You need a secret code. I stood in line for 15 minutes just trying to make eye contact with someone to get it.

We had a great experience! You order food from the food truck and beverages from the bar. Nice large fans to keep you cool. We loved the Mai Mai tacos and buffalo shrimp! Not to far from the southern most point sign too! Restrooms are for customers only and they provide you with a code.

Absolutely loved the food here! The lobster tacos were fresh and flavorful and the chicken tacos were perfectly seasoned. Easily the best tacos I’ve had, highly recommend!

We stopped for a breakfast sandwich and it was fantastic! We ordered the Cuban sandwich and it was great! We were able to eat with a chicken!

Their cuban sandwich looks good. However, being in Key West I ordered lobster tacos and found just a balls of breaded clumps of imitation crab. I hope Southernmost Bar and Hotel reads this review and takes action to protect their business.

I showed up when there was no one in line and ordered a cafe con leche from their food truck set up. For whatever reason, the lady that took my order did not make my drink. She took order people’s food orders and coffee orders and they all got theirs before me. My buzzer never went off. It took 40 minutes plus to get one coffee. I would’ve left but I needed something to keep me alert for a 4 hour drive I was about to embark on. I had to go and remind her about my order which she then made. She did apologize but honestly the damage had been done. It’s either I was ignored on purpose or she was just that incompetent. I am leaning towards being ignored though, because there was no one in line after I placed my order. She could’ve made my drink on the spot. (When it got busy later 2 girls came up and ordered coffee drinks. She made theirs in the spot while I was still waiting).

Addicted! Good reviews drew us to this spot for lunch. We were not expecting a food truck but were so glad we decided to forego having a server and experience this lovely spot. Live music, beautiful outdoor atmosphere, and the food and drinks did not disappoint. The young lady who took our order was super helpful and happy to answer our questions. The three dishes we tried were the lobster tacos, mahi tostones and fish and chips. All excellent and we all argued about whose was the best!! If you have been wanting to try tostones this is the spot for you. I am obsessed and Sandy’s are delicious. Of all the great food we had this trip the fish tostones are my absolute favorite dish. The husbands declared theirs the best fried fish ever and the lobster tacos were top notch with all fresh ingredients. Can’t wait to go back and head directly to Southernmost Sandy’s.

Best breakfast tacos! Large portions on three tacos, wonderfully flavorful salsa, and just enough pico to bring on the heat. Finished with Cuban coffee.
Shaded patio area to dine on, multiple large round industrial fans to give a nice breeze.

I was looking for a quick breakfast for me and my 4 year old after we went to the Butterfly Conservatory. This spot is right around the corner AND served both something she was good with eating - bacon and eggs - and some more gourmet interesting food for me -cuban tostados. Highly recommend!
