Drinks were made as ordered (custom), and delicious. Employees get your drinks out fast, especially considering all of Key West is at one Starbucks. The lines look scary, but move quick. The store had a nice selection of collectables.

Got coffee to go on June 24. Product was good - usual Starbucks. The cashier, very unfriendly. Took your order, gave change, then sat back looking at his cell phone. Very unprofessional. Prices higher than other Starbucks.

Okay service but bad drink. I was the last customer before a scheduled water shut down so I get it. But not the experience I was expecting. Not sure if I will give another chance. Bleh.
