After reporting this to their manager she said yeah that phone number doesn't work ---- then why list one??. Also the employee rose was being super rude to the guy checking me out grabbing and taunting the item he needed from him

A barista named Rose is not following standard by putting 3 egg bites in the oven at once when the limit is 2. She was also baking the egg bites with the tray. This is not only incorrect but also a fire hazard.

I placed my phone down to grab my money and pay. I left with my drinks and noticed I had left my phone. I went back for my phone and the staff just looked me in the eyes and said i did not leave it. The place was empty besides us. We checked our gps app and seen it was there when i went in again the ladies working tried to hurry to the back. I told them my ohone has gos and is currently moving inside the store. She then grabbed my ohone and handed it back. Will NEVER GO BACK here! Sad that the staff would steal from paying customers from this beautiful resort!

We ordered two iced matcha lattes, they made a big confusion and make everything wrong, they put much less drink than we paid for. When I complaint, she changed only one drink, and make the new one just water
