It’s like the 9th circle of hell in there. Went here three times and each time was worse than the last. The line wrapped around back to the entrance two times and the two employees working kept prioritizing to go orders making everyone wait while they made 5 sandwiches before helping the person next on line. Their attitudes sucked too. Literally got there at 1:30 and didn’t walk out til 2:15. Only go if you have nothing else you want to do that day.

Servers are rude. Paid for subway sandwich, requested to use the washroom, as the sign says for customers only outside and they still said no. Southernmost Subway. But not a good experience.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at a Subway before. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel unwelcome. We waited several minutes just to place our order, but they completely ignored us and continued talking among themselves in their own language instead of helping customers.

When we finally got our food, the sandwich was completely charred — the bread was burnt to the point where it wasn’t even edible. It was obvious they didn’t care about the quality or the service they were providing.

Between the rude behavior, the lack of professionalism, and the terrible food, this visit was extremely disappointing. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both the service and food quality, because no customer deserves to be treated this way.

The staff was pleasant and made the sandwiches as requested; however, their communication regarding sandwich limitations caused by malfunctioning equipment could have been handled better. It wasn’t my best experience at Subway.

I always come to eat, usually in the mornings, today I came at 9:25pm, I understand that they are cleaning and it's almost time to close, but the service was not good, it was almost like I was requesting everything for free and in the end when I was going out I was looking for napkins and the girl who was mopping, she told me out loud that just to go, I didn't like how they treated me, I come to this one because in the other place in the Roosevelt do not have a good customers service either, When I was eating in my car,I saw they did the same thing to a boy

The customer service here is awful. Not only do they insist that they are right regardless of subway standards, but they made both sandwiches wrong from my order and refused to correct it. It was a back and forth for over five minutes. Both sandwiches were wrong, sloppily made, and the cookies were both stale. Don’t bother going here & support local business, or go to the other subway as they actually know what they’re doing.

Both ladies along with a young guy behind the counter were all insanely rude. I had placed an order through the app and had to go back into the store and let them know that my order was made entirely wrong. I showed them my receipt and also what the app itself says as the description of the sandwich (it was the cold cut combo). I had went inside the store to just let them know and asked if i could have my sandwich remade because they only put bologna in the sandwich and was missing the other two ingredients which were salami and ham. They continuously argued with me telling me that the sandwich was made properly as i’m literally showing them that it has no ham or salami and was just asking for a remake. They refused to remake it and i kept having to show them what the ingredients were in the app and after constantly having to go back and forth and having all of the employees there at the time argue with me i just left and had to deal with it. Not only that but the other sandwich had ordered as well was missing more than half of its ingredients and there’s no customer support number to call regarding any of this :/
