I always come to eat, usually in the mornings, today I came at 9:25pm, I understand that they are cleaning and it's almost time to close, but the service was not good, it was almost like I was requesting everything for free and in the end when I was going out I was looking for napkins and the girl who was mopping, she told me out loud that just to go, I didn't like how they treated me, I come to this one because in the other place in the Roosevelt do not have a good customers service either, When I was eating in my car,I saw they did the same thing to a boy

The customer service here is awful. Not only do they insist that they are right regardless of subway standards, but they made both sandwiches wrong from my order and refused to correct it. It was a back and forth for over five minutes. Both sandwiches were wrong, sloppily made, and the cookies were both stale. Don’t bother going here & support local business, or go to the other subway as they actually know what they’re doing.

Both ladies along with a young guy behind the counter were all insanely rude. I had placed an order through the app and had to go back into the store and let them know that my order was made entirely wrong. I showed them my receipt and also what the app itself says as the description of the sandwich (it was the cold cut combo). I had went inside the store to just let them know and asked if i could have my sandwich remade because they only put bologna in the sandwich and was missing the other two ingredients which were salami and ham. They continuously argued with me telling me that the sandwich was made properly as i’m literally showing them that it has no ham or salami and was just asking for a remake. They refused to remake it and i kept having to show them what the ingredients were in the app and after constantly having to go back and forth and having all of the employees there at the time argue with me i just left and had to deal with it. Not only that but the other sandwich had ordered as well was missing more than half of its ingredients and there’s no customer support number to call regarding any of this :/

I grabbed a quick bite at Subway today and I'm so glad I did. Even though there was a line, the crew behind the counter were super fast and friendly. Their smiles and positive vibes made the whole experience great. My sandwich was ready in a flash and tasted amazing. Thanks for the awesome service

I am a Latin tourist but my English is good. The person who served me was horrible. She looked at me badly and even though I asked for the order in English, she pretended not to understand me. I felt discriminated against. She made gestures at me as if I was stupid. A terrible experience.
Ordered chicken wrap .mushy almost thought it was tuna . Not good and very pricy ,$13 w soda. For a better experience go to Publix you'll get a huge sandwich for six or seven dollars fixed fresh

Awful experience. We came with about 15 people. And they were freaking out. We did call them 3 hrs before hand to let them know that we are a big group. They just threw food on the bread. Food tastes the same though, don’t suggest big groups going.
