We placed an order for over $20 on the app to the correct location. When going to pick food up the Manager said there's no order so they can't make the food, and they won't refund the order even though it was right on the phone in front of them. When upset by this they proceeded to suck at service by saying if you don't settle down we're not going to serve you. Absolute trash service and people.

I'm from out of town, stopped to get my grandchild a pizza (our Subway has these) the mullet boy working says they do not have pizza and walks over to who I suppose is the boss to make fun of me asking for one. In front of me. What the heck. Manager made the pizza so I will give her that and mullet never looked up at me again.

Great and efficient Subway! Even fresh on a Sunday night. The head sandwich maker was on point and fast (unlike most Subway shops)
Avoid this location at all costs as you will get ripped off. They put half the meat that Subway calls for on your sandwich! They ask what kind of cheese you want, and they still put what they want on it. I was overcharged for a sub that was on sale and couldn't get money back as employees spoke little English and claimed they didn't understand. This location is a complete RIP OFF! Don't walk away from this location, RUN! Drink machine is full of mold. The black stuff on nozzles is MOLD that goes into your drink!

Spent $30 on food and sodas. Out of three kids, one wanted a water and they no longer provide cups for water, even though the fountain water is fully functional. I get cost savings, but when you spend money and no accommodation for something as simple as a cup of water, I suggest Jersey Mike’s for service and customer appreciation.

Unprofessional No food service experience Very bad attitude . And they don't even wash their hands . And they bird feeding you so they can take the food home.
