Ordered a cheesy double beef burrito. Didn’t have any beef on it or cheese or sour cream. Was just rice and the crunchies. Apparently you have to specify the ingredients that are supposed to be in it?

Let me start off by saying it’s hard to get good help anywhere now a days, but the service at the Taco Bell in keys west is absolutely the worst ever!!! Moved here to KW 7 months ago and every time I go in it’s horrible service!!!! Ordering is all on the computer. Elderly people that can’t use the touch screen stand around the counter over 20min to get any help. Orders have taken 30min to get made. The employees seem to be laughing around and moving at a snails pace! Pay employees more to get better quality and retention! Just simple horrible! Never go for lunch time it’s ridiculous!!

Ordered veggie Mexican pizza, jalapeño ranch nacho fries veggie and Crunchwrap supreme. Mexican pizza was the only thing which came right. I sat down to eat and noticed the nacho fries had meat so went back to get it changed they than gave me one with refried beans instead of black beans. I gave up and just ate that. While eating the crunch wrap noticed it was missing the tostada shell so there was no crunch in the crunch supreme. I think the staff in the kitchen didn’t know what they were doing.

Don't come here during busy hours. Some of my food was warm. A burrito I paid money for was cold, and they consistently do not give you cups to get the drinks you ordered.
If you want a trashy experience but your order completed you should go to the drive through.

This location is horrible. Only one lady in the drive thru is doing any work. I've been inside for 25 min and many workers just standing around waiting for the one girl to do everything. Meanwhile she's also gotten 12 people through the drive thru. It's ridiculous that people are getting paid to do nothing.
The food was OK, but the service was awful. It took at least 20 minutes for the food, and then I had items missing. I went to claim the items, and they gave me an attitude when I asked, and after that, they threw the items at the counter.

If I could give a zero I would. You’re going to sit 1 hour at least with 4 cars in front of you. Terrible food and terrible service. Everyone needs to be fired and actually trained by a staff that believes in customer service
