Ordered an hour before closing time, which shouldnt be an issue, was told to be there by 12:30 to receive my meal, front door was locked so i walked around to the drive through, and could quite literally see my order ON THE COUNTER, called the place twice no answer, DO NOT GO HERE PAST 12:00am the service is horrible and the employees hate their jobs, they close earlier than they are supposed to and i saw about 3 other families get turned away before leaving and getting a refund through doordash.

This place is hot garbage. We ordered on the app and the instructions said “pick up in the drive thru”. Got to the order station and she asked us to park and come inside. Waited almost 40 mins for 1 order!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

Ordered my food, then waited half an hour to get it. When I did get it, it was fresh and correct (special order) but I have never before waited 30 minutes even in a restaurant, let alone something that is supposed to be "fast" food.

The customer service is absolutely amazing. I mean they are so sweet and so kind and I appreciate everything they did from the interaction from taking my order to receiving my order was absolutely amazing. I definitely will come back for not only the food, but for the customer service they are one of the best on the whole island when it comes to fast food, they truly treat their customers with the upmost respect and I appreciate that so much

The drink machine was broken and there were no plastic forks/spoons in the entire restaurant.
Two nights in a row I’ve sat in line for 30 minutes only to move forward one space in line. Both nights I left with no tacos. Thought I was in luck tonight when I pulled up and was the 3rd car in line. This is the most poorly run Taco Bell in the country.

It’s always the same older lady taking orders, being rude, and snatching bags when they make a mistake. Not only that but I always pay for extra nacho cheese which is what I was charged today for a fiesta potato. She did the regular nacho cheese on the bottom and sprinkled shredded cheese on top. It look horrific and disgusting and was not eaten. Only thing edible was the new crunch snack. It’s sad and this is an every week occurrence with the same employee. Not only that but it seems to never be busy and the staff would rather play than do their job.

For one we waited 40 minutes for our order. Fine whatever we were there 40+ minutes before close. Thats not what earns the reveiw. We accidentally grabbed the wrong order. It happens right? We have it to the right guy and I went in and waited for our order. While waiting one of the employees was complaining about us saying she "couldn't believe the audacity of us" for grabbing someone else's order. It was an accident. They were serving the same damn group for 40 minutes. But throwing our damn order around cause we made a mistake that was easily corrected and the other customer wasn't angry about? Don't waste your time with this place. There are better places to get tacos on this island. If I could give no stars I would.
