The service was slow despite not being very busy. The food was average but very very overpriced...$20 for a small Caesar salad.. the steaks are extremely overpriced. We gave it a try because prime was completely booked. Our server was very nice, but the overall experience was not great and not worth the price. We waited with empty water glasses, asked for plates.. which we never got. The girl who brought our food just kept piling on food over dishes we completed instead of removing them. We had to ask her to take them. Go to Prime way better value. We won't be back.
The service and food was awesome! I was a little disappointed that the 2 for 1 drinks for happy hour was discontinued in the restaurant area!
Good food and drinks are to be found at this nice staple of the airport area of beautiful Key West. Though the real star of the show are their wonderful presentations of The Great American Songbook 🎼, presented live here on selected fine evenings .
Food was delicious. Our server was great but it too way too long to get our food. Bring out some bread or a free appetizer when that happens.

Ok 10/16/25 Thursday night , the food was awesome , French onion soup - a 10 ! Dinner - Prime Rib for me , Lobster Tail for my wife -excellent! My Old Fashion from the bar was top dog. As soon as we sat down our server came over & asked us if there was a special occasion & I said “yes 43rd wedding anniversary”, that was all we heard of that 🤔 from our waitress and the hostess. Unlike in previous anniversary celebrations at Tavern n Town over the past 10+ years. Then our waitress went down, down, down. I could understand if the restaurant was packed but we were the only party in her section, possibly in the entire restaurant. She never came after our food was served to see if everything was OK until a good 10 minutes passed, she brought us a side of broccolini when we were just finishing dinner, dropped it off at our table and we didn’t see her again for 20 minutes. After bringing us dessert menus she disappeared again for 10 minutes before we could order dessert. We also placed a to go order at this time as well. 20 minutes later she brought us the to go order and dessert to go. We wanted to eat our dessert there while waiting for the to go order.
So cheers Tavern n Town. We have had many Happy Anniversary Dinners there and memories as well. Farewell

Had a great Birthday dinner for my wife, we had an awesome meal for a party of 3. We enjoyed the calamari and it really was better than other places who serve the same old breaded squid rings. The dipping sauce was very tasty and the portions were good. The entrees we ordered were the prime rib, lamb chops, and our child ordered the margarita pizza. The chops were different than the same old rosemary/salt grilled chop, they had an Indian flare with a kick and were very tasty. The prime rib was perfect, full of meat with delicious asparagus and mashed potato that were also cooked perfect! The pizza was ok but nothing special. We didn't order drinks or desert, the ambiance was lively due to a special they had for ladies on ties/thurs for ladies to drink free at the bar and all seemed to be enjoying themselves. Good fun and not annoying in anyway. The service was very attentive and prompt. The birthday girl was comped her meal which was a great gift and incentive to come visit! Will return as the location is beautiful with easy/free/secure parking in garage.
Ridiculous policy. We ordered take out and they included 20 percent mandatory tips. So fing expensive

Ate here twice during our stay, food was amazing, presented very nice, very romantic & piano playing in the background! What made us come back the 2nd time, was not only the delicious food, but our server Ben went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying that this place used to be great. Unfortunately, not anymore. The last few times we have been there the food has been very disappointing. The service was still amazing, but the food was definitely lackluster. The “fresh” calamari was definitely not fresh. The meatball, while looking fantastic, completely lacked in flavor and was just very mushy. The Korean sticky ribs were nothing like you would expect. Five tiny squares of 1 inch flat meat put onto a toothpick. Most of the steaks on the menu are now over $100 each and they are all à la carte.
The only saving grace is that from 5 to 7pm they have a happy hour at the bar where the drinks are buy one get one and the appetizers are $10 each. Have a drink and an appetizer and then go downtown for a much better dinner at a much lower price point

We ordered two Caesars salads with grilled chicken. They charged me $15 for the extra chicken for each salad and the salads were $16. The nerve! Never again. Absolutely ridiculous.

Never had a bad meal here. Quality food, quality staff.
I am just a little disappointed that they changed their policy and now charge you for bread. On the bright side, consider yourself lucky if you have Hunter as your server. He was wonderful and extremely knowledgeable about the food.
