The Courthouse Deli & Whit's Frozen Custard

The service is fast, food is good but not amazing, overpriced for what it is. I won’t go back after the cashier tipped himself in front of me. While I was trying to get my card out of my purse he reached over the card reader machine to designate a tip amount. Buyer beware, I used to go here religiously but never again.

Highly recommend! There Cuban mixed sandwiches and breakfast burritos were delicious! The service was quick and the food was hot. Will definitely go there again when we visit Key West.

Needed a quick lunch, didn't want to go sit at a noisy bar. What a great choice! Quiet little deli, definitely a lot of locals going in and out. We ended up with an Italian sandwich and it was one of the best things we ate all week. Lots of meat and cheese, pressed and crispy. Coffee smelled amazing, although we didn't try it. We saw a lot of people getting ice cream, so I have no doubt its fantastic! Stop in and grab something here, you'll be glad you did.

Popped in for a breakfast sandwich and coffee. Got it as a combo on the menu. It was so good! We especially liked the coffee leche so we returned later that afternoon for more coffee. This time I got sugar in it. The server behind the counter was so nice (patient)and explained to me how to order this specific drink again. I will be back!

Needed a cool treat on a hot day, popped into Courthouse Deli to grab something sweet. Their selection was very good, and I was upset that I didn’t come into the store sooner for their breakfast options. We were helped by a young man who was pleasant, friendly and polite. There was a larger group that came into the store sooner after my family, a bunch of kids that were unreasonably. The employee who was working by himself truly handle the rush like a seasoned. The items we got were delicious, and made to order. Will definitely be back!

Chairs out front of store are occupied by loud, guys drinking . Very intimidating when you walk by.

I got a double chocolate milkshake and boy, even the medium was large. It was a standard chocolate milkshake with bits and pieces of dark chocolate mixed in. It was very delicious. Pricing was okay at about nine dollars for the medium. My only complaint (I’m being very picky here) is that service took about 5 to 10 minutes because there was only one staff member working at the time that I went, and the place was not the cleanest. Also, there is very limited seating inside, but as long as it is warm, (always is) there should be plenty of seating outside. Unfortunately, I forgot to take a picture of my drink before I drank it, but I did include a picture of what the cup looks like afterwards (medium size). I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I would recommend this place if you are in Key West. Come see for yourself!
