First let me say our server and our food were all great! Everything was flavorful. Our food was hot when it was delivered, well seasoned, fresh dishes. Our drinks were good. However, we arrived at the restaurant at 8:45pm. The website says they close at 9:30. I honestly have never been greeted as rudely as we were by the cute blonde, bue eyed hostess. When I walked up and told her there were 6 of us the first thing she did was look at her watch. When we asked to sit outside because it was one of our friend's birthdays she told us they were about to close and outside closes first. When we insisted because there were tables available (and noone on the inside of the restaurant) she took us with 3 menus to a table, threw the menus on the table, and said "sit there." I own a few restaurants and would happily accept paying patrons up until closing time but apparently she only wanted to go home. Thankfully the food was good and our server was happy and kind. We had a great time. The deck by the water was beautiful but the greeting was way less than desired!!

Super cute restaurant with kind, helpful staff. Their oysters are wonderful, mozzarella sticks are the best we’ve ever had and their Key lime Cartel drink is yummy!! The fish entrees were good and creative but a bit spendy for what they are (i.e. fish n chips $35).

Delicious boat to table dining. Flavors abound with freshness creating a party in your mouth. Craft cocktails are a tasty compliment to your meal or just to sip and savor. The Papi Verde is my fave, cool and refreshing! Do yourself a favor and keep on driving to the end of the road past the"tourist trap" next door, you'll be glad you did!

An absolute MUST when vacationing in the Keys. Best ceviche and swordfish! Delicious oysters!!The location of the restaurant is simply spectacular. Located right on the water, it offers a picturesque view of the old harbor that is simply breathtaking, especially at sunset or moonlight (in our case). The atmosphere is relaxed and inviting, and you can literally feel the “harbor” vibe.Now to the food - simply sensational! As a seafood and fish lover, I was blown away by the quality and freshness of the ingredients. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, lovingly prepared and presented. From grilled swordfish to juicy ceviche, every dish was a feast for the senses. You can even watch the fresh fish being prepared in the show kitchen!Parking: Right in front of the restaurant

This place is trying to bring in High end gourmet foods at high end pricing and I don't think it's working. The drunken scallops ceviche were not a fan favorite and the soup was ok, but served in a bowl that they were trying to make it look like you got a lot, but really you were getting a cup of soup. And for the money I would never order either one again.

Go here!! The chowder and snapper were both phenomenal. I don't usually like seafood but this place has changed my mind. Changed my life? Perhaps.It looks unassuming but it packs quite the punch. Expect to pay, its worth every penny.Dietary restrictions: They have no tree nuts on the property.
