The location is very good and relatively central. During our trip through Florida, the staff we met was always very nice and helpful, but unfortunately that didn't apply to us in this hotel. In my opinion the price is also way too high for the rooms you get. Pool, breakfast etc. It's fine.Rooms: Very very small room. More than one suitcase is unusable for travelers.

Stayed here for a short start in Key West. The best feature of this place is their location. That have a complementary breakfast and happy hour, and a very chill public space. The staff is nice and helpful. They have assigned parking, which is really convenient for coming and going as you please. We booked a King suite which has pullout sofa bed. The room is shabby and they're missing on making a nice space great. Attention to detail is missing, some furniture needs to be put right replaced. Floors are beat and dirty, and they do clean after each guests stay. Double shower head bath only has one functioning shower which was fine, but the second shower head was missing its handle. The king bed box spring is broken on one side, enough to feel like your sleeping on slight incline. We made the best of our stay and the public spaces are well maintained. So we enjoyed hanging by the pool and relaxing. We ended up booking the location by mistake through a 3rd party website. Tried to cancel reservations within 24 hours, but owner rejected. In hindsight, I should have fought the transaction through the credit card since it was well within 24 hours of recognizing that we wanted to book a different location. However, we tried to give the place a chance and the mixed reviews hold true.Rooms: It's an old hotel and inn. So, has that feel. Floors in our room were in need of some repairs. Bathroom was clean. Various furniture in the space should be replaced. The King bed box spring is broken. The sofa bed is not terrible too sleep on, but not great. Shower had two shower head with on of the shower handles being broken. They should just remove it. I know they clean the floors after each guest stays, but walking barefoot in room turns your feet black.Food & drinks: The complementary breakfast was decent with coffee being available all the time. Additionally, they have a nice simple wine happy hour.

Warning on booking here. They will leave you looking for a room elsewhere with no compassion or helping in any manner. The other 1 star reviews of rude staff and dirty rooms should be of warning. Stay away… much bette relaxed to stay.

We enjoyed our stay! Two pools, hot tub, water & coffee 24/7, happy hour with wine and cheese plus complimentary breakfast-were a nice touch. The room was small, but we were only here two nights. The location was completely worth it. The two receptionists we worked with *I believe their names are Tamika and Kia* were fantastic. Was even able to facilitate an early check in. We would definitely come back!

My daughter and I stayed few days the day we checked in we had to pay taxes which was already paid the young lady said is not showing on her computer , my daughter showed her the receipt from the company where the reservation was made she said they not supposed to charge the tax we had to pay again or we can't stayed unfortunately every where else was booked. We had to pay for a parking that was distance away from the hotel. We also learned later there were another charged on the credit card when I called the hotel no one seems to know why but I was told to contact the third party to discussed no one wants to take responsibilities for those additional charges never again.

So I booked 2 nights at this hotel. By booked I mean already paid for them. I booked their one person suite for the first night and booked a queen size for the 2nd night. As it wouldn't let me book 2 nights of the same room. I called several times to tell them I was going to be late checking in and to confirm that someone would be there. Sometime around 830pm , my 4th attempt, I left a voicemail explaining my situation. No return phone call or acknowledgement. I finally arrive at 230am and there's no one there and the doors are locked. So I go sleep in my car for 4.5 hours as they open at 7am. I walk in at 7am and tell the person that I have a reservation for last night and tonight. I explained that I showed up late after they closed and the doors were locked. She asked if I had seen the phone numbers on the door. I had not seen the numbers but they were there. She told me they were sold out of the queen the previous night and I would have to wait. I told her I had a reservation for 2 nights. Just give me the small room THAT I HAD ALREADY PAID FOR, and move me into the queen room when it is available. She refused stating that she would have to clean it. So I'm thinking to myself, did she just say this to me? You would have had to clean it anyways no matter the time I check in. My respone was "I've already paid for it and checkout time isn't until 11am." She then told me it was a new day and that I basically lost the entire reservation. Which is poor customer service bc by my calculations I still had 4 hours in the first room. But bc she didn't want to clean it, so I lost the service I had already paid for. I will not stay here again. Not very accommodating. Rooms were ok but not worth the money. Location was great. The lack of customer service totally ruined my trip.

Phenomenal phenomenal experience. The staff are great, they really work hard to make sure you feel comfortable, relaxed, and at ease. Rooms are clean, drinks are plenty, and the tea/coffee options are great. It’s also very close to the beach and to food options. The location is great.

Very expensive for the Room we got, but we went to Key West for a wedding during Peak season and made the best of it... This was a more reasonable place than other hotels. With that said the Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My wife and I really liked the small cozy private setting. 2 small pools and out door seating was nice to unwind. No kids was nice, left ours home : ) we felt like it was our second honeymoon. Close to Duval St , we could walk everywhere no need for a car. Would stay here again.

Street work made finding hotel difficult but Kia (hotel clerk ) came to my rescue and guided me thu the maze. She was welcoming and helpful, got me checked in quickly and helped me get my bearings. It was a pleasant visit for a laser motorcycle trip in and out. Staff made the trip memorable, thank you Kia. Simple breakfast, good coffee, nice happy hour in the evening.Walkability: See Duval streetNoteworthy details: A small boutique hotel.

Apart from the fact that the hotel is well located, we have had one series of disappointments. The room stank of bleach when we arrived, it was almost unbearable. However, the cleaning was clearly not impeccable, bedside table full of disgusting marks, bathroom in very poor condition and dirty shower tray (hair and the rest.) The carpet is also very dirty, in short apart from the bedding which is good, difficult to find positive.Impossible to sleep in the morning because the insulation is more than deplorable, you can hear absolutely everything. In the evening impossible to fall asleep for the same reasons. The footsteps, discussions and comings from above and around are omnipresent. We can even hear conversations from the room next door, is this normal? There are a lot of things to review here, it’s very sad.

A nice little inn with two indoor pools (one heated). There was something for everyone for breakfast (absolutely sufficient). The location is great, everything is within walking distance and the beach is also very close. What bothered us is the price - it was stated online as much less than when we booked and we also think it's a little expensive for this standard... Everything there is just a bit outdated. Air conditioning is very loud (you can't turn it on at night, too loud to sleep) but there is a ceiling fan. The bathtub can no longer be cleaned (it's enough for a shower). Beds are very soft, comfortable (but not good for my bad back!).But we had a nice time there in Key West and also in this inn :))

Ok so honestly its just ok...even though when we arrived we where informed we had to pay $180 resort tax and $60 to park for 2 nights, it said nothing of this on the website and the attitude for this off the receptionist was theres a sign there and thats what it is...So a pretty rough start, rooms where very dated, broken blinds, screws sticking out of doors, plaster coming off the walls etcThe common areas where ok as where the two pools and hot tub. This is definitley no more than a 2 star hotel and should not be confused with the beautiful hotel opposite named the southernmost beach hotel resort!Would i stay here again (even though we spent very little time in the room)...absolutely not, the value for money was very poor indeed! This was me, my wife, my son and daughter in laws 5th stay in key west and by fat and away the worst hotel we have stayed at.
