Turns out this is a VFW Restaurant and bar. Service was good. Food was ordinary and some overcooked. Atmosphere was sad. I am married to a disabled Vet who is a life member of the organization and this place was definitely not welcoming.
A bar and restaurant known only to locals!
The portions were really generous and served in large bowls, the owner was very sweet, the food was delicious, the prices were reasonable, and it was the most profitable restaurant I've ever eaten in the US.
It may be difficult to find, but you can just follow Google Maps, so go in and try it without doubting whether it's right ❤️
