I only said 7 different times NO SOY SAUCE NO EGG ROLL NO FRIED RICE. I DIDN'T want the lunch special. Finally get it home. Great 1/2 a container with food i couldn't eat. Glad i didn't eat the fried rice worse fried rice i ever seen. ?Expensive lesson. Yeah there IS difference between the 2 ? uptown restaurants. Won't make same mistake twice.Dietary restrictions: Don't even think they will listen care or follow any requests

Great fast delivery Chinese food. Tough to compare this to other Chinese food in Key West since they're both good. General Tso's chicken is great, delivery is fast and cheap.

I have an msg food allergy it’s the only thing I’m allergic to. I stopped in here because everything else was closed and it was on the way home. The people seemed nice clearly a family restaurant and I hate to leave a bad review. I specifically explained I was allergic to msg and the response was “we don’t have that here”. I ended up going through a really bad allergic reaction throat closed couldn’t get the food or water down. This went on for about two hours. For the owner of this restaurant I am very sorry for the review but Food allergies are no joke and it shouldn’t be taken lightly. I came in there to buy a simple takeout meal and ended suffering for hours for it.

I am a regular at Tongs as I am a local, but have had several bad experiences as of lately. Maybe they are trying to cut down costs, but the General Tzos chicken was mostly breading. It is super disappointing to receive a meal of mostly just fried breading and some sauce. Lastly, NEVER and I mean NEVER order their spicy sushi. They drown it in sriacha, not even spicy mayo sauce. It was disgusting and inedible. I am extremely upset, as Tongs was a place I used to enjoy growing up. Now, they are nothing of the sort.
