We've been going for years at the brick and mortar and this year at Truman Park with the food truck. My kids LOVE tropical vibes and is there first stop when we arrive in Key West even after a long 24hr drive to get there! Always get Tiger's Blood, also tried gummy bear this year and it was delish! I went to the Green street location with 4 of my grandkids, my daughter and my daughter.They told me the smow cones we're the best they ever had and I agree.The shop is cute and everyone liked what they had

Poor customer service.

We tried to find this place 2 different times and could not find it! We were excited to try it out. The location in the historic part was moved and then when we found a different location on the map it was not visible or clear where exactly it was. Very disappointed kids were in the car.

Awesome people working here! Great ice cream and shaved ice selections. My adult children really enjoyed it! Super cute place!

My kid loved the cotton candy ice cream, this place is a gem

Every time I go the Key West this is a place I always visit. I bring everyone I know to this great ice cream shop. The rolled ice cream is always fresh and so delicious. Can’t wait to return.
