Wh have eaten here 3 times trying to get into the $7.00 martini bar. FYI-we are educated adults and can usually get to the bottom understanding rather quickly BUT be aware their entire operations between the 2 restaurants is a bait and switch. Food is good but overpriced, environment is Nice but average, management and staff and not helpful nor polite. Based on these factors we will NOT return.

Waiter was gruff and inattentive. He wore no name tag and didn't introduce himself. He acted like he would rather be anywhere else but at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the dishes we had (seafood ravioli & a creamy gnocchi) were both prepared with too much cream which wasn't the restaurant's best feature. Very disappointing experience.

The food was good but I left with the impression that most of the staff was just putting in time. There was a man that gave the appearance of being the owner of manager who never smiled or acknowledged us when we arrived or left. Our waiter was good but once again he did his job.

Wonderful evening celebrating our 49th anniversary and Walther our server and the reservation manager made dinner perfect. Thank you all so much.

Food can be a personal taste. For me fully deluding, nothing of what was served, from mussels to pasta Veneziana, to dentice (actually red snapper, which has nothing to do with dentice) was even far resembling Italian cuisine. However I have nothing to say against anybody liking fat and greasy food, wrong sauces and overcooked pasta. My complain was simply that it should be called Italian restaurant, since it has nothing to do, from ingredients to cooking, with Italian cuisine. Also wine choice was very mediocre, certainly not representative of Italian wines. The manager told me that over 100 clients we (2) were the only ones complaining. Even if true, this is not the answer one could expect, rather I would be supportive of somebody asking why. In summary, it could be the best restaurant in Key West for 98/100 guests but it is not Italian

Really good food and friendly and attentive waitress and waiter. We sat in the front outside and got to also enjoy the music from across the street which was perfect. The key lime martini was delicious and the spaghetti bolognese was perfect for my child!

This is the first time I've been to La Trattoria where I didn't enjoy the food. I'm not sure if they changed chefs, but it was so disappointing that I sent it back. It was a real shame because I have always looked forward to that restaurant. Disappointing

Great service with some really nice Italian food! Caprese salad as ok (the olives were too much in my opinion) and the linguine with clams was outstanding!

We have the anti-pasta and lasagne anti-pasta was good but could've used more mozzarella there was only one piece on there. I should say a slice with some pesto sauce on it with three small slices of bread to put the meat selections on lasagna was not exactly what I had hoped for, but my husband liked it👍

I walked in to the bar to place my order - hubby wasn't feeling 100%, so we opted for take out. I was greeted and my order taken, then I was offered a seat and glass of water while I waited. Our food was ready quickly. Very good! Rich, meaty, sauce and over perfectly cooked pasta.
