We always have a wonderful evening at Viv. The avocado deviled eggs and the Italian charcuterie and cheese board (The Godfather) are favorites, along with their delicious bread. We enjoyed a French red blend with dinner and a sparkling moscato with the dark chocolate fondue for dessert. Live music in the evening adds to the intimate bistro ambiance.

The sound system isn’t properly set up inside the bistro. The speaker outside on the sidewalk sounded great. Suggest moving the speaker from behind the performers to near the bar.

Fantastic wine and food! The service here was phenomenal and the Godfather charcuterie board is a must! The included bread was some of the best we have had and paired very well with their goat cheese and a touch of honey. Variety of wines are available at fair prices and pours are very generous. Do keep in mind that there was only 1 person taking orders and serving the food, so the wait can be slightly above average. Still, this wine bar was fantastic and we highly recommend visiting if you're in Key West!
Updated on 6/22/25: Stopped by and the ambiance and wine were still as great as last time! Enjoyed the Godfather charcuterie board once again! We did notice that the portion of bread was reduced but the quality and flavor of everything was phenomenal. The Échiré spread that came with the bread was absolutely incredible. Highly recommend this spot!

So i came here one evening for the music, but ordered their L'Iberique sandwich just because and even though I wasn't very hungry. It was enchanting and i came back the next day just to get another -- i think i could become the gastronomic equivalent of a chain smoker, eating one after another. Really everything on the menu looks appealing. Come if you have a chance but be warned that everything else you eat in the future may seem a little less than it should be because it's not here.

Sofia was extremely knowledgeable about cheese and wine. We are from Charleston SC where wine bars are plentiful. Our experience was above and beyond what we normally experience.
Was excited about a wine bar in Key West- Food was overpriced and subpar. Manager and owner were extremely inappropriate and rude. Would not recommend.
To clarify in response- We had a fine experience (food was overpriced but fine and wine was good) until we went to close our check. Our server refused to show us an itemized receipt upon request before charging our credit card and we were charged for extra items that were not ordered. The management at the establishment ignored us when we asked for our check to be adjusted for the items. When we respectfully expressed our frustration over the situation, the manager/owner was extremely rude. I have worked in the restaurant industry for years and would never treat a guest like this, although looking at other reviews it appears I am not alone. I hope this review helps others guide their decision to visit.

BEWARE!!!! They will falsely charge you for wine & food hoping you won’t notice. When we asked for the itemized bill, they made us pay first to see it. When we realized we were falsely charged, they threatened to call the police (and verbally assaulted me along with throwing a plate). I was shaking and almost in tears. I couldn't believe the disgusting behavior from the manager.
Been coming to Key West for 10 years and never experienced anything close to this. Don’t let them ruin your time in Key West. Go to Blue Heaven across the street :) never have had a bad experience there and the food is exquisite!

Poor service. I stood at the bar for 10 minutes and the ladies at the bar welcomed in three different “regulars” (who came in after I did) while I stood there waiting to order a glass of wine. I gave up and went across the road to Blue Heaven.
