Food and service was excellent highly recommend. Very friendly and attentive staff. service was excellent. Delicious aesthetically pleasing and tasty. Highly recommended for a date night.

I didn't like the service because the waitress didn't try to help us with some issues and made drama over trifles. My son is diabetic and I needed to know either the amount of carbohydrates in a serving or the amount of the food itself that contains carbohydrates. for him it was French fries. to which she replied that they don't have information about carbohydrates and there are no scales to weigh food either. in other restaurants this has never been a problem And the drama was that I changed the order, but this happened almost immediately after the order. I don't see a problem changing the order if it hasn't even started to be prepared yet. Overall the food was delicious and the steaks were cooked to perfection. only the fries were so generously sprinkled with salt that they had to be scraped off. otherwise it was impossible to eat

Alrighty, Viva has a great atmosphere and great service. Our waiter was attentive, polite, and quick. The empanada appetizer was fantastic. I had the skirt steak which was over cooked but it was a thin piece of steak. The chimichurri was good and the side were great. For the price I would have expected slightly better food BUT I would go back so there is that. When doubt, check it out!

We sat outside under the thatched roof. Service was very attentive, maybe too fast. Not enough time to just relax and enjoy people watching on the street. Food was excellent, both meals prepared exactly as ordered.

In Key West for the weekend. Looking for good food and fun atmosphere.This place had both. Outdoor dining under Tiki hut, live music, and cool atmosphere.Has the Patagonia Burger and Milanesa Napolitana. Both had great flavour!

On Sunday afternoon we had a great time at this restaurant, beautiful server Tiki made our experience smooth and fun! Food was delicious and fresh. They also have the best mojito we’ve ever tried! If you visit this place definitely treat yourself with mojito drink. ?Kid-friendliness: There’s enough room for kids to play

Excellent place. The meats are a delicacy. The meat pie is very delicious. Delicious drinks. Very cordial attention from all the great staff. Marcos the server is a genius. If you go KW be sure to go.
