We stay at Pier House most years for Spring Break. This year, that coincided with our anniversary. We earned at One Duval every time. The food was great, the view can't be beat, and service was wonderful and the key lime meringue as an anniversary gift was awesome.

The drinks were delicious. I had the key lime tarte cocktail and it was made perfectly. I ordered the yellow tail snapper and it was very good. My friends had the gnocchi and seafood pasta....both were great!
Service was great but pictures make it look like you could see sunset but it's completely blocked by the buildings. Sunset expectations aside, it was a good evening. Service was terrific.
Evening was ideal for sitting outside. The sunset this time of year is not directly in view but the sky was beautiful. The charter boats come in shortly after sunset and are enjoyable to watch. The service was attentive and the food was good. Everyone was pleased with the menu. I would dine again upon return.
We had a horrible experience my husband asked for a piña colada a reservation was at 8:30 and they've already cleaned the equipment and couldn't give him a piña colada in a tropical area 8:30 PM and could not serve a preferred drink and we were a table of six unbelievable.
The hostess was very nice and promptly took us to our table. Jorge was an outstanding waiter. He was always timely with bringing the various courses and attending to the needs of my wife and I without being overbearing. The food was very good and the ambience was second to none as having a meal overlooking the water is as good a food experience as one can get. My wife and I had an outstanding experience due to the staff and the food being of the highest level.

The location, service, and food were OUTSTANDING. The only drawback: the clientele can be a bit rambunctious and an outdoor sports bar on property can spoil the atmosphere. A terrific menu can be shorted by drunken profanities..

Great staff, great location & great food!!! Not cheap but the food was very good, exceptional! Black grouper with crab was delicious and well prepared. Spinach salad was good and enough for two. Key lime pie was unique and interesting.

Beautiful scenery! The ambiance of the restaurant was perfect, just what we were looking for on Valentine's Day! All the food was fantastic! We both had seafood, and my Italian fiancé was impressed with the gnocchi! Since it was Valentine's Day, and we were celebrating our recent engagement (that day) the wait staff gave us a complimentary dessert- their signature key lime pie! Highly recommend!

We usually expect holiday and special occasion dinners like Valentine's Day to be disappointing because management and staff try to get so many people through. This was far from the case at one Duvall on this Valentine's Day. Pork chops and fish were cooked perfectly to order, our waiter was exceptional and management was omnipresent to make sure the dining experience for all was spectacular. I am completely impressed with this restaurant and the people behind it and make it work. Exceptional.
I was so looking forward to having a nice dinner at what friends told us was the best location for sunset. The thing is that the next table had a crazy person who was singing to every song, progressively louder and drunk. So, while the restaurant did their best to give us a good dinner, no one told this woman to be quiet. So, for this reason, our nice night out for dinner was a horrible evening.
I frequently dine here and have never had such disinterest from the hostess or such a lack of care from our waiter. Unfortunately it was the first time visit for my friend and a bad experience for her. Although the view is stunning and the food always delicious I almost walked out. I will not be going back again until I speak to management.

Excellent chowder, Caesar salad, and main courses. Key lime pie delicious. Cocktails expertly made. Service was outstanding. Ambiance-looking out at the bay and neighboring island. What's not to like?
