If you’re in Key West and haven’t tried Wasacaca, you’re truly missing out on a hidden gem! This food truck serves the most incredible authentic Venezuelan food, and it’s run by the kindest and friendliest person you’ll ever meet, Neilee.
My favorite thing to order is the chicken cachapas! They’re absolutely out of this world – perfectly cooked, loaded with flavor, and just the right balance of savory and sweet from the corn pancake. It’s comfort food at its finest....
The best food truck with amazing Venezuelan cuisine! Cachapa was delicious. Also the mozzarella sticks and the plantains! Would definitely recommend! Easy to take to go for the pool or the beach. They offer napkins and plasticware. Thank you for the great food!
