Last night I placed an order at the drive-thru at 10:44 pm, and when I got home I noticed that they hadn't packed my complete order, even though I asked if everything was in the bag and they confirmed that it was. These things are annoying because I paid for the product and in the end I didn't receive it.

They've been out of breakfast English muffins for WEEKS. And when you substitute it for a breakfast biscuit sandwich, itnis drenched on grease. PLEASE get some muffins for your daily breakfast customers. Or at least make them unavailable to order on the Wendy's app.

I love Wendy's, I got the spicy chicken but it was a bit dry. The service was also subpar. We didn't receive much of a welcome from staff. The chili was good as usual but this location could use a pep talk in service.

The worst place ever!!!! They don’t know what are doing, they aren’t smart, the lowest people ever. Me daughter order online a simple burger, Saturday oct 18 around 9.45 and I went to pick it up and the guy from drive thru told me to park, after several minutes my husband went to the main door and one of the guys thru the door screaming on him we are close. So where is my order that we already paid for? And he still telling us we are close! We ask please open the door and least listen us what we have to tell you!!! The forgot the order!!! He told me in an English-creole: you pick up that’s it and I went inside and they prepare the order very unhappy! Where is the management here???????? This is the worst!!!!!!

SEP 2025 UPDATE - the remodel is complete and the new Wendy's lobby in bangin! The lobby had not 1, but 2 self-serve soda dispensers with countless combinations!
Quick and accurate service, presumably with a smile (behind a mask).
The burger was good, but the staff today, September 16th at 10:00 PM, were completely unfriendly and unmotivated. Unfortunately, this is now typical in the US when no tip is expected.

Manager here should be embarrassed. No working self help stations. Stood here for 10 minutes waiting with no service as they talked to a customer in front of me. At 15 minutes of waiting the person in front rang up an employee discount then the person taking orders disappeared. 20 minutes of waiting I finally left and I’m writing this review from McDonald’s.
The entire time I was there they were struggling with wrong orders and arguing with every customer who said their order was wrong.
Will not return.

This place has the.. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE AND FOOD...!! Half a order of some OLD Cold wedges.. BURNT and old & Cold sandwiches.. Sitting in a puddle of some type of grease... Absolutely disgusting.....!!! Inedible, straight to the trash....!!
