Wicked Lick Ice Cream Key West

Delicious coconut agave ice cream. I added Oreo pieces, the ice cream was SO creamy and wasn’t overly coconut flavored like you would expect.

Be careful because they claim to close at midnight and it’s not true so don’t waste your time going just saying… that’s disappointing

Incredibly disappointed in the quality & pricing of this “ice cream.” The texture was very icy, the flavor was lacking and it was $8 for a small!

They have very basic flavors and you have to pay extra to add toppings, as nothing is mixed in. We tossed our $10 worth of ice cream (chocolate with crushed Oreos on top) and went to Dairy Queen.

I’ll pay for quality ice cream, but this did not check any of the boxes unfortunately :(

Extremely disappointing ☹️
Probably the first negative review I’ve ever written, but the experience was that bad. The girl at the counter looked like she didn’t want to be there, spending most of her time on her phone instead of helping customers. Prices are outrageously high for the quality of the ice cream, and they don’t even offer you water. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

I love this place ! Everytime I come to Key West , I gotta have it atleast twice before I leave. Us everyone that I encounter that works here is very friendly....

The ice cream was really good but the customer service was horrible. She had a very poor attitude the entire time. I had asked for strawberries and did not get them when I had asked about them she argued with me that I had not ordered them and never gave them to me. Would not recommend this place!

We loved Wicked Lick so much, we went three days in a row while visiting Key West! The ice cream is fantastic—my girls couldn’t get enough of the one scoop with the waffle cone nacho chips (such a fun and tasty twist). The service made it even better—the ladies behind the counter were personal, friendly, and so warm every time we came in. It’s rare to find a spot that hits both the flavor and the experience this well. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Did not enjoy the texture of the ice cream.

I had vanilla ice cream with a mixed berry sauce and it was AMAZING!!! Staff were great too. I would be there every day if I lived here.

Amazing icecream! Staff was polite and helpful. It was a nice treat to help cool off on our walk down Duval st. on a hot day!

Great service, server helped with things to see and do in Key West. I purchased an iced white chocolate latte it was fabulous.

So overpriced. Taste likes frozen water with powdered flavoring.
