We had one of the most disappointing and upsetting experiences here. The manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional — not only did he lie, but he also gave me a fake number when I asked for corporate contact information. To make things worse, he escalated the situation unnecessarily and actually called the police over a customer complaint, which was completely uncalled for.
The food? Absolutely disgusting. Everything tasted microwaved and stale — nothing fresh or worth the price. It was a complete waste of money.
I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, your money, and your peace of mind — go somewhere that respects its customers and serves real food.

So we were in Key West for our Anniversary and we wanted some good Seafood and most places were booked as we were here during Songwriting Weekend. We heard this was a good(not great) place. The waiter was kind of nice but not great. The atmosphere was horrible as they had their family eating in and they were messy and their kids were super loud and trash all over the floor. Food was over seasoned and their Seafood amount was smaller than what was ordered. A pound of shrimp looked like a half pound of 21-30. More potatoes and corn than seafood. At this point I do not recommend. A pound of crab legs was 7 legs of snow crab.

Ate seafood boil here on 4-24-2025. Delicious seasoning and cooked perfectly. Lobster and crab were excellent.
