Visited 1881 for dinner with a small world team. The area around the restaurant in the Historic Downtown Kissimmee was fun and inviting. The restaurant is perfect for smaller groups of 4 or less. We tried several starters, and appetizers for the table. All had great flavor and it's own unique taste. We were challenged with picking our favorites.

Fantastic food and pricing. I had the Islander Ahi Tuna (gluten free) and my wife had the steak. Both of which exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend.

Old hardware store renewed to an authentic,rustic, history filled restaurant. There's plenty of seating. Inside or out. Great food, attentive and friendly staff, and fair pricing. I had garlic parm wings, mozzarella sticks, and a salad. Hubby had the salmon w garlic mash. Scrumptious! I loved every bite. Will definitely visit again.

I just showed up with a party of 6 at this restaurant at 9:35 to eat and was turned away by the kitchen staff who said the GM just left and that they were closing early. Ridiculous. Your posted hours should be honored especially when I told him we drove 30 minutes to get there. Very disappointed.

Called ahead to make sure they could meet my dietary needs. Manager Q said no problem. When I got there they were out of everything I could eat. He really screwed me over as I had a long drive home until I could eat and he acknowledged he was pissed bc the host did not use them for the food. Room was a dump and guests were bothered by a drug addict by the bathroom. STAY AWAY!

I was there Monday January 19th around 10pm. The bartender there was more into the college football game on tv than attending the patrons. I sat at the bar for like 15min before I got service. Than let’s not talk about the food. The food there is not that great and so is the service like I said earlier. I don’t recommend nor would I eat there again.

Food was great and delicious, service sucked unfortunately by the waiter and had to deal with attitude.
The waiter only came by once every 20 minutes for a group of 8. No refills for myself as attentive was slacking unfortunately.
I shouldn't have to ask twice for a refill.
HIDDEN FEES: Just a heads up for those dining after 9pm - we had reservations for 8:30, you will be CHARGED a 9PM FEE of $9.96
There's also a gratitudy fee for a party of 8 as well which would be the same as the after 9pm fee as well which also wasn't disclosed until the bill came out to the table to pay for our meal.
This wasn't disclosed when making reservations and was also NOT disclosed before dining.
Great restaurant atmosphere, great food but VERY VERY sleezy when payment is being arranged with hidden fees.
Definitely not coming back.

One server was on duty on a Saturday at lunch. The service was poor. The food was OK. I left a 15% tip and the final charge on my credit card was 25%. It is not worth the time to fight for less than $5.00 so I paid for it. I will not go back.
