Food was ok. Nothing spectacular. Our food took a long time to come out but there was one (and thankfully the only other customers there because this place is super tiny) big party of about 10 people that were there before us, so we basically had to wait for all their meals to be cooked before they began working on ours, so I guess that was too be expected. The menu says your entrees comes with a house salad and a side. We actually had to ask for our salads because our server never brought them out himself. Like I said before, the food was ok. White rice portions were really small though. They charge an 11% "service charge" that you never know about as you don't get an actual bill. The server comes with one of those little hand held payment machines and just shows you the total and asks for you to select a tip percentage. I asked if the tip was included for our party of 3 (which is the norm for poor service restaurants) and I was told tip was not included. The server never asked if I wanted a receipt and just said thank you after I paid. So I asked for a receipt, and when he gave it to me I saw the service charge that the server omitted to tell me about. I won't be coming back to this place.

We ordered two New York strip steaks, so we thought, but when I re-looked at the menu it was New York sirloin strip steaks. It was completely misleading. I have never had a steak that was entire gristle like this one was. We never got our salad, our drinks were never refilled, I had to finally get up and ask for our check. The service was incredibly slow. I felt completely ignored. The three service they had were nice but we were looking forward to a great steak dinner and we were completely disappointed. Especially for the price.

Don’t eat here, poor service, had to go away and repeat the drinks order 3 times, 3 glasses of wine and 3 bottles of water, food quality poor and what was sold as filet mignon wasn’t. They they want 31% service charge, you’ll find better service at McDonald’s. Staff too busy talking to each other to pay attention to customers, wouldn’t return for a free meal here

When you ask the waiter for the bill, they only bring you the machine, they do not give you the ticket so you can see the transaction before paying. Honestly this is STEAL.

Where do I start with this place? Avoid it, just find somewhere else to eat. McDonald's, Wendy's, good ole Taco Bell. I choose this place based off Yelp. Their menu seemed to be kinda all over the place, but it looked suitable for a late meal. First off, this is a very small Something(we'll get to that in a sec). Like maybe 10 small 2 person tables and one that's big enough for 4 but they had a booth all the way around it like 8 people could sit there. Now, why did I call it a something. I call it that because they don't know what it is, a restaurant, a nite club, a sports bar, a social club. 3 TVs playing a basketball game while music and lights all over the place and some guys at the entrance doing "something." We asked for a table for 2. Waitress, no joke, kinda panics, wouldn't give us the 4 person tables. Instead sits us on the end of a row of the smaller tables, all pushed together. There was a couple at the other end just drinking. No biggie. We ordered our food and waited. Can't wait to talk about that, in a min. While we are waiting out comes the manager/owner, and sits next to my son and starts to conduct business with the other people, at our table. There are 3 guys at the entrance conducting "Business." On occasion one of them would snap their fingers at someone sitting at a table, the guy would run over, whisper into his ear, then run back to the table. At one point, dude put a chair at the entrance. Onto the food. We ordered a sampler and some shrimp. Shrimp comes with salad and side. I asked for house salad. What they gave me was a monstrosity. A house salad should be simple. The gave me a basic salad with a handful, and I don't exaggerate this, of olives. And the creme de la creme, a handful of pickles. Who puts pickles on a salad. Had a hard time finishing that. The sampler was a bit better, ribs ok, wings ok, fries ok. Corn sticks, balls of chicken cordon Bleu, and shrimp, below par. As we ate, those random dudes at the front door started sitting with us because of the manager lady. Then random waitresses started come over to talk to her. Over server started taking drink orders while standing over us. Like, damn, have some respect for your customers. I feel like they had more staff or friends of the staff than they had customers. And still struggled to get it right. Will never go back here or recommend them

I have eaten here many times but unfortunately this will be my last. I booked a table for 10 for my wife’s birthday 3 days prior to the event. I have the phone record to proof the call and time. When we arrived there was no record of the booking and they said they could not seat 10 people. They finally agreed to put some tables together. The waitress spoke no English so it was difficult to order drinks and food. We finally ordered and it took almost 2 hours to get all the meals out. Each meal came out separately so we could not eat together as a family. Some of the food when served was cold and need to be sent back. I ordered a mojito which was the worst mojito I have ever tasted. As a bonus they charge a 20% service charge on the bill. Not a good experience and I would not recommend this place again. Sorry guys but you don’t deserve to be in business as a restaurant if you don’t know how to serve food and drinks.

Our waitress kept talking and laughing super loudly with her friends who randomly showed up and kinda forgot about us, we had to ask her if she could go check on our food.. And the worst part was that 3 different employees came outside and started smoking right next to our table, very disgusting.
