Extremely disappointed. Food is cold and dry. The beans were good. The Bert ends were OK but a little too greasy and not very warm. I was told that the cornbread was fresh out of the oven, but it was cold and there was no butter or honey anywhere to be found. The person taking my order highly recommended the ribs. I ate in the restaurant as soon as I got my food the ribs were not hardly warm, we’re extremely dry and hard to eat. The brisket was barely warm and was dry. The person that took my order was very nice happy cheerful and seemed excited to be there and excited to take my order for the first time that I’ve ever been to that restaurant as I mentioned to her. Unfortunately, I will never be back. I had many choices to enjoy a nice meal this evening. If I had known it was gonna be that bad I would not have wasted my time my money on this place.

Uber Eats messed up my delivery and scheduled it right away, even though I wanted it scheduled this evening. After they couldn't help me I called the restaurant and after waiting on hold for several minutes to speak with a live person, the system told me to leave a message. I left a voicemail explaining the situation saying to not make my food because I wasn't home and I need to cancel the order. No one called me back and my food got delivered.

Well, after extensive research n te bet bbq i Kissimmee FL, my husband and I chose 4 Rivers Smokehouse BBQ ti visit on our week long stay. We'll, the reviews did not match up to the reality of our experience. It may have something to do with the time of day that we visited which was 3:30 pm. The place was practically empty, which should have been clue number one. We both ordered the ribs. I added collard greens and mac & cheese to round out my order. My husband added cornbread and bbq baked beans. We also ordered 10 chicken wings. Half bbq sauce and have wing sauce. I'll start with the ribsfist. Our ribs where not hot. They were room temperature at best and dry. There was barely any sauce on them and we were quite disappointed as our expectations were so high. For our sides, my husband was pleased with his cornbread and bbq baked beans.I tasted his cornbread to determine if I wanted to add another side. I did not likethe cornbread. It was dense and dry. So, I passed. As for my sides, I enjoyed the collard greens with the big chunks of ham. The mac cheese was unremarkable and I felt it could use more cheese and should have been served hotter. It to was Luke warm at best. The wings were the biggest disappointment! The were extremely small, over cooked, lacked flavor, and weren't sauced properly. We are chicken wing fanatics and we know good wings. Therse wings we among the worst we've ever had. After spending close to $90.00 for lunch, we felt cheated and disappointed. It should not matter if a bbq restaurant is serving lunch or dinner, the food should be hot, fresh

Stopped in to the Lakeland location today after the gym for a cheat day meal with lots of protein. It’s so nice to have a location so convenient and close to me. I usually go to the Orlando UCF area location when I visit my parents and was always been jealous.

The Lakeland location is super clean inside and I love the decor/style of the restaurant. All the black metal and dark wood along with the raw firewood for the smoker really feeds in to that manly, meat and fire esthetic.

Today I ordered a full rack of baby backs (because Facebook reminded me) and 2 sides. The ribs were awesome! Big and meaty, smoked perfectly, and literally fall off the bone. They had great flavor right out of the smoker even before adding some of their signature sauce. The sauce was tasty with a little kick and complimented the smoky flavor nicely.

The Mac and cheese was good but unremarkable. Could have used maybe a crispy cheese crust or something to add a little zing. Maybe some jalapeños or bacon or both because why not?

The Bananas Foster Bread Pudding was knee buckling good! One of the managers (Brittney) was in the dining room and asked me how everything was and I commented on how good the bread pudding was. She told me that it was as fresh as it comes and said that the General Manager made it herself.

The GM (Tami) then came out and told me how it’s made, how popular it is, and that they rotate between the Bananas Foster version and a Krispy Kreme version. (Are you trying to kill me?? 😉)

Britney made sure I had everything I could possibly need. She was super personable and friendly and made me feel like a guest in her home rather than a customer.

I was very impressed with the operation and how the entire staff worked together to get orders out. I don’t know much about the restaurant business, but as a casual observer, this all seems to be a reflection of Tami, the GM. In the short time I was there, I saw her interact with every one of her associates, jump in and run a register, and I already mentioned that she made the bread pudding personally. She did it all with a huge smile on her face and a welcoming demeanor that obviously rubs off on her staff.

There are lots of options to eat out these days and it feels good to give business to a spot that appreciates you and makes your experience feel like a family barbecue…only with much better food! 😎

I always stop if it’s along my route. I eat some there and bring home enough for another meal. Nice people and great food.

Parking: They have several locations…I’ve been to all of them and will continue to stop by as I see them.
