Went for New Year dinner when greeted by hostess was not good! She was not nice at all! Finally got a table and had to wait a long time for any service. Appeared like didn't have any waitress working. Steak was good but not cooked to order! Won't go back to this place again.

Our dinner on the peaceful night was only reserved about two days in advance. Their reservation was very friendly. When I informed them that I would be late, I called them to explain the delay. They were willing to keep the reservation for us. Thank you very much for their understanding. Otherwise, as tourists, we would probably not be able to have dinner here. Back to the main topic, this place is fine for a regular dinner. We each ordered grilled rib steak, grilled chicken, steak, and grilled pork chops. The grilled rib steak was very delicious 😋.

Absolutely fantastic experience; very clean, professional and cozy. Our server Jeanette was very attentive and very down to earth as well as easy to talk to. My wife and I went for our year anniversary for the first time and will be returning again. Nothing but praise to everyone and the food was impeccable.

Made a 645pm reservation for 2 on a Friday night mid-October. We arrived a little early and they sat us right away. They do not have a bar in the restaurant but rather a hotel lobby bar to pass the time if need be. Raquel was our server and was a pleasure. She was friendly and very attentive. We started with some libations, wedge, and beet salads. Moved onto a double cut pork chop ( not a fan of cherry juice topping) with extra brussels and a filet mignon with a side of creamed spinach (extra delicious) Both were cooked perfectly. Beautiful atmosphere with many open and semi-private tables. Enjoy!
While on a quick work trip with my wife, she was busy with her group, I chose 7593 Chophouse for my meal and was NOT disappointed! Superb service from Tiffany the Concierge who text me while upstairs at Eleven enjoying the view, to all of the wait staff that made the meal incredible. Enjoyed the Rib-Eye, Lobster Mac, and an amazing pair of Smoked Old Fashions.

For the price, the steak was not a good quality. It could've used more time on the grill, there was no crust, and it was a bit chewy and it's consistency. That feedback was across the board from all 12 members of our party.

This is our sixth visit since the new menu was introduced and again every aspect was outstanding. Living locally and not having to navigate I4 for a la carte dining makes the evening so much better. If you haven't tried it you really are missing a great night!

The Chophouse did a fabulous job! Food was cooked to perfection, service was amazing. We had Jovana was great. She was attentive and made sure our dinner was great and we had everything we needed. Atmosphere is also great, was busy but was still nice for a couples night out, or for a group of people with their 2 big rooms. A definite place we will go again!
