If I could give more than 5 stars, I’d give Tito a 5-Diamond rating. He’s a true Ford specialist who genuinely cares about his work and his customers.

I first met Tito after going through a nightmare repair experience with my 2017 Ford Explorer. It had a major issue—a water pump replacement—which was poorly handled by a previous mechanic who cut corners. As a result, the coolant kept leaking, and the vehicle overheated twice. It was incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially after spending so much money on a repair that didn’t fix the problem.

A trusted colleague who buys and sells vehicles recommended Tito to me. He swore by him, saying Tito fixes all the vehicles he flips—and never has issues afterward. That gave me hope. When I arrived at Tito’s shop, I was emotional, overwhelmed, and on the verge of giving up on my car. But from the moment I spoke with Tito, I was treated with kindness, patience, and respect. He listened, understood the situation, and most importantly—he fixed the issue. I left his shop that day feeling relieved and confident that my car was finally in good hands.

Just yesterday, I went back for a routine oil change and mentioned a transmission issue that started after a flush done by the Ford dealer. Once again, Tito fixed it—quickly and correctly.

His prices are very fair, he accepts credit cards, and above all, he’s someone you can truly trust. He treats you like a friend, not just a customer. I would recommend Tito Auto Repair with my eyes closed—no hesitation.
