A&W Restaurant Old Town

Great service and great food. My wife and I really enjoyed our this restaurant. We're from Canada. We plan on returning to this restaurant next time we're in Florida!!

Place is rundown refrigerators need upgraded and all seating is awful. Doe as much people come here this place should look better. This is the worst of the restaurants because how this place is not been fixed in decades. Wish it was more pleasant to shop at this restaurant. Just cause Old Town is a classic doesn't mean it has to look like junk restaurant.

Went to A&W hearing about the great atmosphere and burgers. The atmosphere matched with the friendly service and inviting seating. The food however is overpriced for the quality, except the fries, which are excellent. If you're in olde town and want the experience stop on in, but you could find many better fast food options.

Burger was nothing like the picture I guess it happens everywhere but yeah it sucks to pay $15 for a soggy bread, regular (McDonald’s taste-like) patty and some tasteless mushrooms… however fries were soooo good and crispy. But I would recommend making the burgers at home by yourself 🥴

Great experience at A&W! The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome right away. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious—especially the burger and fries. Root beer was classic and refreshing. Will definitely be coming back!

Pretty normal fast food experience with higher prices than normal. No root beer taps, but it was in the soda fountain machine.

need a face lift, servers aren't very bubbly, seemed to be stressed and short staffed. Food was PRICEY.

This might sound odd but it was my first time ever trying A&W (other than some of their sodas of course).
It was good—the dining room was clean and the staff were very nice. A little pricey, but that's probably to be expected in touristville.

I was bummed that they're not actually affiliated, seemingly, with A&W corporate? Or ? I couldn't use the app / the app didn't recognize this location.

I did not try a rootbeer float, but I might go back soon to do just that.

I tried the corn dog nuggets which were great - I'd be hard to ruin those, no? I got the 5-piece but they gave me 7—score!

And the chili cheese fries, which were okay. Fries themselves: great and crispy. Cheese , nice. Chili, okay. Very tangy. I'd get them again with just cheese, I think.

The fountain A&W rootbeer was very tasty.

The restroom was, honestly pretty nasty. I think a customer had just trashed it though, to be fair.
Very old building, but that mainly showed in the restroom.

Booths in the dining room are very comfy. I think I'll be back.

Every time I'm out of state I look for A&W. Hamburger 🍔 & Rootbeer Float in a Frosted Mug 🍺 😋

First Root-beer float in about 40 years…nice,tasty and brings back memories when life was simpler! We had a small drive in in the small town my stepdad was posted to, would go there every weekend till it closed down ! So stop in for a visit and revisit ole memories !

Came in after eating at Shoney's for the breakfast buffet. I had a root beer float. It was ice cold and beyond delicious.
