11/17/2024-Never again. The burger taste rancid. We ordered a cheeseburger plain and a bacon double cheeseburger combo my friend open his burger and left it right there. I took a bite of my burger and left it right there. It was not good. Left the whole tray of food right there on the table left, I don’t suggest this place.

we got food for 3 people and it was $65 for tiny portions which nobody could finish because it tasted like plastic....the tables where dirty and gross waste of money lol

Fries obviously redipped in grease.. they were VERY grease logged.
The burger was so salty, I mean almost like the cook spilled salt over it.
Is this what you get for $40.00 here!?

Drove here to get my son dinner because their hours say open till 11. Got there before 10:30 and they had already locked the doors. Lazy and unprofessional.

Friendly staff, however, the food is reheated, tastes bad, the chicken was fried some time ago, and the smell inside the restaurant was bad.

We used to come with the family but since I don’t eat meat/chicken I always wanted to try the fish sandwich but everything was “sold out”

Today, finally, the great day… they finally have it… and guess what… the worst fish sandwich I have ever tried in my life.

Even the filet-o-fish is better and that’s certainly a terrible one.

My family and I love going to A&W restaurant. It’s located in Old Town, which is a great place to stroll around. The food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. The young lady at the counter where we place the order is always very nice and helpful.

Staff was friendly is the only reason for even 1 star. Food was mediocre at best and WAY overpriced. 3 combos were just as much as we paid for our meal at our Disney hotel!

UPDATE: stopped back in on vacation to give them another try... Over $20 for a 5 piece chicken tender combo...$15 for corn dog nuggets?! Beyond expensive for less than sub par quality food.

Wow!! This place has went down hill. All toppings seemed to be old, and tasted old. Girlfriend puking right after constantly. Burgers seemed barely warm. Lettuce brown, what a shame as A&W is a good spot, root beer and fry’s were very good. These burgers don’t look close to there fake pictures on other reviews.

Really enjoyed our visit to A&W in Oldtown! The employees were super friendly and helpful!! My children thoroughly enjoyed their burger, cheese curds, and chicken wings, and the root beer float was outstanding but that goes without saying!!!! We will definitely be back soon!
