Owner was hatful, a lot of people smoking pot and selling it, they make you wash your bedding and towels or they will charge you, couldn’t even get toilet paper without being charged, carpet left your feet black, smelt bad in the rooms, hot tub never worked, cops was there alot, housekeepers were nice but couldn’t talk English. Had phones in room but there were no plug in for it to work, beds were ok, furniture had a smell to them, black mold in the bathroom, I would never go back there.

There was no cleaning service during my stay. The bed was lumpy. The road noise was excessive. The parking lot was littered. The shower was not adjustable. There was no breakfast and I was charged for parking. The walkway from the parking lot is basically a ramp and it caused me to fall.

It's a ok place for overnight stay don't expect much but there's close places everywhere it's a great location and places 2 eat because your going 2 need that as there's no breakfast here ? sadly this place could be better with the Wyndham name

Just a bad experience with front desk. Unwilling check me in, terrible tone and attitude. I remained respectful and patient. Would not reccomend with any friends or family type vacation. Also no breakfast or disney shuttle “due to covid” as advertised.

Do NOT stay here. It is not even a Wyndham affiliated property. Upon arrival at 11 pm the office was closed; pitch black, locked up with a handwritten sign taped to the door that said CLOSED. What?!?!?! Dirty and disgusting looking but I had to scramble to find something at midnight after traveling for hours. The place is a SCAM. Run, don't walk, from this place.

Had to plug in the refrigerator and TV. The coffee maker is missing the coffee pot. The flip door lock is missing half of the lock. No longer has daily maid service. Was much nicer when we stayed here in 2019. Probably the last time we stay here.

It’s always a great stay always clean the staff are very polite I do miss the breakfast well at least I used to grab a couple cheese danishes but I have never had a bad stay here and Libby is the best

First thing, hostess was not very customer service oriented, after payment she just handed over the key, I had to ask what my room number was and how to get there. Walk in and none of the lights were plugged in so couldn't see. After finding the lights & plugging them in we see dead bugs smashed on the walls, gross! Turned on tv and channels were all messed up, went to check out the bed and saw a few flea like insects on comforter, moved a pillow and see huge bedbugs crawling around! Turned right back and got a refund. Hostess was unapologetic nor cared for the reason just processed the return and handed over the bill.

The facility is older, but given the age, the staff keeps it relatively clean. I've stayed at cleaner places, but they also charge more. For the price, it is a good place to just go to sleep like my wife and I. For instance, we were on vacation, and the only time we were in our room was to sleep, then we were out at the parks all day. For that, it gets the job done.

I was in 2 different rooms (July 2021), both were so uncleaned, dirty beds, dirty walls, dirty mat, the bath was also dirty, faded and crumbling walls. Door was not closing well, I requested change the room due to in the first one the smoke smelling was crazy and in the second one also. the sheets had blood stains in both beds. I strongly avoid this place to stay.
