Nice atmosphere and service, but the ribs I ordered were not very tasty. Maybe it was a daily thing, but I went in with certain expectations and they were a little underwhelming.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had a awful experience super bowl Sunday. I was CRAVING bacon cheese fries and Applebee's is my go to. I ordered late,around 11pm. The store was completely empty aside from one couple at a booth and a biligerant dude making a scene at the bar. I waited for atleast 20mins with no one greeting me and asking if I was there to dine/pick up an order etc. I finally found someone and was not even given a discount for waiting so long despite calling ahead,standing there waiting and then letting them know the service was awful. I just called in and spoke to the manager on duty and I am literally told "I'm not sure what you want me to do,Ma'am" Excuse me. WHAT?! Absolutely unacceptable. I will NEVER go back to this location. DO BETTER APPLEBEE'S!

Food and service were awful. Drinks set empty fries were cold and the appetizer came out after our 2 burgers. Mozzarella sticks were cold by the time they got to us as we sit here with dirty plates a manager who is hanging over the wall after he got out of the bathroom and we wait on check just to get out of here. How is this place still open?

We stopped here to celebrate my son’s birthday after a trip to Lego land.
The food was great and the service was amazing!

My 6 year old left his $260 reading glasses on the table and we didn not realize he left them until we got all the way home 2 hours away.

I called the next day and the general manager Tony was so sweet and taking it spin herself after getting off of work to ship my son’s glasses. We are truly grateful for their amazing hearts! There is still good in the world!

Probably the best Applebees experience we have had as a family. We made two visits to this location while in Disney just because of the great service and food! Tony and Chrissy were amazing servers and made me believe in Applebee’s again!
