We stopped here for dinner. The hostess was chatty and efficient. The food was prepared good and we were surprised by how everything, including the floors were so clean. Every table top was clean, and when the clerk at the register wasn't busy she was straightening up the knapkins and like. Hats off to the manager and his employees. We will be back.

I sat at the drive thru window for quite some time waiting for anyone to take my order, even though I was the only person in line. Had there not been another customer sitting on his bike outside the restaurant eating his meal, I would have thought it was closed. When the woman finally asked for my order, she was extremely abrupt and didn't even speak in complete sentences. At the window she literally stared me down while she swiped my card. Then she told me to "pull up in front of the double doors and wait". So I did...for a while. I wondered if maybe this woman was working the restaurant completely by herself, or if she was trying not to have long drive thru times, or if something was actually wrong inside. She did come out with my food eventually and she seemed safe and okay. It was a weird situation and I will definitely not be returning to this location. The food was not the best Arby's I've had by a long shot.

One of the older style places. Excellent service, cashier was very friendly and helpful. Food arrived quickly and was very good. Still has condiments and drink dispensers out front. We come to this one whenever it's lunchtime, and we're in the Kissimmee Main Street area. On food, she gets a Classic Roast Beef with curly fries, and I get the Beef and Chedder and Jalapeño bites. Unless they have Kings Hawaiian sandwiches, then we'll mix it up.
Wheelchair accessibility: The lot and building are all one level, so wheelchairs will not have any difficulty getting around.
Food was good, service was great. Someone tried to rob me in the parking lot. Will not return.

How in the world do you run out of roast beef two hours before closing. For God's sake your a roast beef restaurant!!!! I didn't have a come back to that one so I sucked it up and went to McDonald's.

Absolutely lovely lunch. Food is fantastic. Best Roast Beef around .The staff was definitely wonderful. Everyone was beyond kind. My daughter and granddaughter too loved it too. My granddaughter is only two. She loved the curly fries so much. Love the turnovers too. Thanks for a great experience.

I first ordered a hamburger and fries the fries came out stale and tasted old so I told them to give me fresh ones. I wouldn't recommend this place as the service was alright but the food messed up the rating. The hamburger was alright though I do recommend that.
