My fried Turkey sandwich only had one piece of Turkey on it. The brisket was so dry. It was so overdone, the curly fries were cold and only little pieces probably will not go back.

Horrible service! We just walked out of this place. 10/20/205 at 6:00 PM. The uneducated girl working the counter was listening to music with a earbud on the right ear and a headset on the left ear. She was sweeping the floor with a broom. Did not even acknowledged us when we stood at the counter for 5 minutes. I asked her twice for the 2 for $7 and she finally answered. Then she walked away from us without even saying anything, not even I will be right with you. We walked out and told her I will not give my money to this place!!!

Place was spotless for my visit, including the restroom. Accidentally gave the lady at the register an extra $20 bill w/o realizing it & she promptly made me aware of my mistake. Thank you young lady for being so honest, keep up the great work!

$26 of well well done chicken and curly fries. So burnt we couldn't eat much of it. And we were the only people they had to serve. Pictures don't clearly show how dark the food was. Seemed like this was cold food when we walked on and they re-fried it.

So by the time of turning around and getting back to restaurant the food was cold and curly fries nasty. Very disappointed and will not go back to this location. At noon only 2 people working? They'd take 1 order them go fix that order, then take another, ect. After 15 minutes and only 3 people in line, I left. Went to Taco Bell.
Arby's is exactly what you expected to be, and I go for the Beef and Cheddar's once in awhile the folks serving me were polite clean and friendly and the place looked great
