Today, my daughter ordered food at Auntie Anne’s inside this Walmart location. The first issue? All the employees were gathered in the back, chatting, completely unaware that a customer was waiting. When they finally decided to acknowledge her, the employee who took my daughter’s order wiped her nose with her hand—and, shockingly, didn’t wash her hands or wear gloves before handling her food.
Where is the management’s emphasis on hygiene? This isn’t about one worker—it’s about the entire restaurant management team failing to enforce basic cleanliness standards. Proper training is essential to ensure food safety. Management must step up and prioritize hygiene for the well-being of every customer. Train, train, train!*

I arrived at 7:40 pm, just 20 minutes before closing, hoping to enjoy a couple of pretzels before they closed for the night. However, despite there being ample time, the staff refused to make any pretzels and only offered whatever was left, which was only 2 cups cinnamon pretzels.
The lack of flexibility and unwillingness to make any items left a sour taste in my mouth. It was disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction.
Overall, this experience fell far below my expectations. I hope the management takes note of this feedback and works to improve their customer service practices in the future.

The blond lady give me the ring stuff and on top of that it went to make pretzels when I told her having some there make me wait twice it was a long line bad place bad service .On top of that it give me 2 times the rong pretzel I am very despoint.
It's not even worth the star I gave it, they should close it. I've gone several times and the terrible attention I've had to wait more than 20 minutes for them to attend me and then 20 more minutes for the pretzels to be made. I'm sure they don't sell anything because of the bad costumer. service that there is

I love auntie Anne’s but this location is never open. It doesn’t even make sense they close at all different hours everyday. I’m pregnant and have gone out of my way to stop here for a pretzel multiple times and they’re always closed.

Angelique was an amazing employee for the company! We got our pretzels perfectly and while I was talking to my grandma about pretzels she overheard her saying she loved mustard so she actually put some in the bag. The food was great and I'll definitely come back again
