Overall, our experience was good. However, we ended up still having to wait an hour after our reservation. On the flip side, it was mothers Day, so I won't make too big of a deal about that. However, any other day, I would have been very disappointed.

While the food had great flavor, it seemed to take a pretty long time to arrive, especially given how slow it was the night we were there. Our server was excellent, as were the podium staff, and those that assisted in running food. The furniture outside could use some attention as the cushions for the banquette were worn and had multiple spots where the fabric had been torn away.

This is one of our favorite restaurants, but it was a little disappointing this time. My daughter found a hair in her food. They offered to redo her order, but she already lost her appetite. They did take it off our tab. One of the managers offered a dessert which she accepted, but it never came before we left. It seemed that our server was assigned too many tables with large parties at same time.

We were able sit on the side porch area inside and it was much quieter there. Food was wonderful and had the chocolate island dessert, yummy!

The customer service at this restaurant is beyond disgusting! I called Asking to speak to the general manager in regards to a transfer I was told was approved by my restaurant manager. I was then put on the phone with GM Joseph Lee. He spoke to me very rudely stating not to call the restaurant until he called me. “I don’t want to hear from you again until I call you” I’ve never experienced such unprofessionalism coming from a general manager. Bahama Breeze at the loop has most definitely lost a customer! And I will be speaking to HR in regards to how I was spoken to as a grown woman calling for an update on my job!

Had Thanksgiving here this year! We were impressed from beginning to end. The staff and atmosphere were family friendly, the service was on point and the food excellent! Our sever Denise was wonderful and took care of us, caring about the details. The rest of the staff involved did wonderful too. Definitely making this a favorite spot.
Delicious menu for Thanksgiving. The turkey was moist and well seasoned, the cinnamon sweet potatoes were delicious like the cranberry with pineapple. Everything was cooked to perfection. Great dinner! I will definitely go back next year and bring my family.
