We stopped by the Baseline Tap House for an afternoon snack. Ordering was quick and easy, and there were plenty of available tables. Shared a cheese platter and pretzel with mustard. The cheese platter was inexpensive and better than expected. Great option at Hollywood Studios if you do not want a meal.

Quite simply superlative, the menu is basically dedicated to California craft beers but they have some other selections as well. The atmosphere, service and ambiance are just perfect for someone needing a break from the busy theme park. It’s a cult favorite for a reason, we go here often and so should you.

A great place to relax at Hollywood Studios. Order at the bar and then sit and relax enjoying a drink and small plates of food. Kid friendly too.

Baseline Tap House is a great spot at Hollywood Studios! We stopped to grab some lunch (cheese plate, pretzel and kettle chips). The cheese sauce was delicious!
Great atmosphere! There's not a lot of indoor seating but there are plenty of tables outside on their patio. All the food was already prepped so there was no wait for anything we ordered along with a short line to order.
We will definitely be back for a mid day pretzel and cheese break!

This was a great afternoon stop for our family. I got a cocktail, my husband got a beer flight. We shared a charcuterie and pretzel with the kids and everything was amazing. A part of the highlights of our day.

I had a flight of four ales, two were very good, Red Seal and Stone Delicious, the other two had no flavour, all four were far too cold which means you lose the flavour. I let them warm up for 20 mins in the Florida sunshine. The bar staff are friendly and give you a tasting card for each ale.

The only place Disney hasn't ruined (yet) since covid (despite taking 2oz off the large beer - do you think we wouldn't notice?)
Still a nice bar, decent beers and a calming oasis in the middle of the Studios.

Poor management team and more. Doesn’t care as much towards its cast members leadership team and interns and care much about the business . Under direction including others on the management team don’t really care about others/ cast members leadership & interns and not representing Disney well regardless . Which affects the services towards the guests in the restaurant at a popular place. They all should be suspended or fired 1 by 1. They will be eventually be caught for breaking rules. This will stay here forever until the manger’s respect employees/ interns.

What a relief on a hot day. Good service and beer list with a seat in the shade. Thanks Rebecca for my mango cart 20oz. Coming back for another in a few hours.

Nice place to stop and take a load off. Service was excellent and the air conditioning a welcome reprieve. Lemonade was delicious and refreshing. Meat and cheese plate was a nice break from theme park food. Beer cheese and chips were surprisingly great (definitely recommend that for a small salty snack).

Highly recommend to give this place a chance. You have an opportunity to have both amazing drinks and delicious foods. Gives a unique atmosphere with an “old factory” theme or style to it.

Great place to relax and drink a beer at Hollywood Studios. I love the shade and fans for the outside seating. The soft pretzel, beer cheese and mustard are the best at Disney, hands down. Much better than the Germany Pavilion which is usually dry and flavorless. The draft beer is easily the only beer I like in Hollywood which has very few options in my opinion. My go to is the Scrimshaw which drinks well in the heat. Their new house made chips with a hint of salt and vinegar were also very tasty and fresh. The servers are magnificent as well. Overall I would give Baseline a 5 but the beer is now $13! I know it’s Disney but it’s hard to swallow spending $83 for 4 decent pint draft beers, 2 excellent pretzels and one small but very good mini bag of house made chips. It was good but NOT a meal. $80 goes a little further at Animal Kingdom and Epcot Quick Service and the result would’ve been a meal instead of a snack. I will be back when money is not an object but until then I will have to plan my meals around the dollars. If you have no budget for your Disney trip and you like a relaxing vibe, cold draft beer and very good pub snacks then Baseline is the place for you.
