I went to this location today with my family. We are all people of color. A white man arrived at the same time ordered and then paid for his order when he had it in hand. After she finished with the white man she then came back to my family and told us that we would need to pay before our ice cream is scooped. This is discrimination. Then she proceeded to tell me her manager was the one that told her todo that. But had no words when I told her the white mans order was made prior to him paying.

Not to busy at the time we arrived and were promptly attended, very friendly only downside is the cleaning, floors are dirty in the inside as well as too many papers and paper bags in the parking lot. Employees must be a little more into maintaining the look and appearance instead of gossip between them.

This was my second time visiting this location and both times the service has been disappointing. I ordered a sundae with two vanilla scoops, strawberry syrup, whipped cream, peanuts, and a cherry. What I got was two scoops of vanilla with whipped cream and just a little bit of strawberry syrup on top of the whipped cream—no peanuts and no cherry.
When I went back to the counter, they told me they couldn’t refund my money because there was no manager on site. Instead of remaking the sundae correctly, they just handed me a small cup of peanuts to add myself. They didn’t offer to fix the order or make it right.
On top of that, the person taking the order rushed through it and didn’t really listen, and they also didn’t have the flavor I originally wanted. Overall, it was a horrible experience, and I don’t plan on going back.

I’m not one to write reviews but… I made a mobile order at 9pm for pickup at 9:45pm. We got here right before close and they said they never made it and they didn’t have the order. The employee (a woman) greeted me by yelling YO YO YO YO, she was very rude and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining my situation she just kept yelling we would get a refund but we had a free ice cream coupon which won’t be given back. There were 2 cars in the lot, a white Toyota rav 4 and a grey Toyota Corolla. 0/10 experienced very unpleased. Ruined both me and my girlfriends ice cream night!

Hey, just a heads up about the Baskin Robbins. I swung by today around 9:30, but they were closed even though the sign said otherwise. The lady with blonde hair was rude and smelled bad. She mentioned they closed early just because they felt like it. There was also a skinny guy who was rude and looked like he was high. The place seemed dirty too. Just wanted to warn you if you’re thinking of going.

When you pay for something that is not what you requested? In the end I left with something that was not what I asked for...

Night shift employees Paige & Bianca were extremely helpful with my order. My wife has been craving mixes of different ice creams in her milk shakes and they guided us through the process. It really made us feel good that this Dunkin’ Donuts takes its time with its customers. It’s extremely rare to find good employees that still take pride in their late night shifts. Awesome hiring & great coaching by the manager staff here. I will be sure to stop by again.
