My wife and I stopped by The Baskin/Dunkin’ for our go-to of a brownie sundae and a Reese’s layered Sundae. The ice cream technician struggled with the brownie sundae and couldn’t find the hot fudge but managed to scoop some ice cream on top of a microwaved brownie. I then ordered the Reese’s sundae and she was clueless as to how to construct, let alone track down the items required. Despite the look of the newly constructed building, the service and knowledge of their craft was severely lacking. I settled for a much simpler coffee.

Late evening visit after Old Town tour so they weren’t busy however we had the most personable friendly server a person could ask for who provided great service.

Had a craving for ice cream after our drive from Cocoa. Arrived at 8:30 well before closing so didn't have to deal with closing pressures referenced in other reviews. Sean T was terrific: personable, knowledgeable and efficient. Tami got two scoops of a fruit sherbet and was very pleased. As the rum raisin was almost gone (and no more in the back - he looked), I got a scoop of my usual Butter Pecan and a taste followed by a scoop of Nutty Coconut. Sean then added the remaining dollop of rum raisin. Great service!

Guy here ignored us at first. Very unkempt looking. This was our second attempt at getting a hot fudge and said they were out. Left here too without anything. I miss our Kansas Braums!
Went here last night for dessert and service wasn't great, they ran out of most things, and I had a hair in my ice cream so couldn't eat it . Felt sick all night after the thought of the unkemptness of the place and workers. No hair nets. Would not go again.

I went to two Dunkin Donuts Baskin-Robbins this afternoon. I was desperately looking for a Mango Fruit Blast after being out on the golf course in this lovely warm weather. Nope. Neither store makes them or ever had them. I do a fair amount of traveling and have asked for this expensive drink in other states- some sell the Fruit Blast and some don't. Why can't the stores be run the same?

Slowest service ever. Painful to wait so long for ice cream. Astonishingly slow. Server looks like she completely hates her job and place is dirty and dilapidated. Ice cream tasted good eventually!
