Dirty tables, counter & floors. Everything is dirty. Slow and bad service.

Absolutely awful experience at Dunkin. First off, it took 30 minutes just to get my food, and when I finally did, the bagels weren’t toasted and had no cream cheese—completely messed up. To make it worse, there was hair in my food, and several workers with long hair had it down with no hair nets or attempt to tie it back, which is disgusting and unhygienic. The staff was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care, with no apology for the wait or the incorrect order. The store itself was filthy—trash everywhere, dirty tables, and a total mess. I won’t be coming back and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

Came at 930 for a smoothie was told they close in 10 mins so they count make a smoothie because thy didn’t want to wash their machines. Store is open until 10PMz Never had a problem getting a smoothie at 930 PM before. Service is getting bad

Why are we required to leave 1 star to leave a review? Ordered from them, 45 minutes passed, kids excited and waiting, then - sorry, we’v decided to cancel your order.

Breaks my heart, as a millenial. Antics like this guarantee your place at the table of used to have beens.

But business like this. So be it. Make room for good businesses.

No customer service! We had questions. No one to ask. We wanted to get Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, and the only ordering option was the kiosk. We tried several times to place an order, but only saw the Dunkin Donuts menu. We even asked other customers using the kiosk and they didn’t know how to order ice cream on the kiosk. So maddening! We left and are driving to another Baskin Robbins. Hopefully we can get ice cream there.

The curly hair girl with red hair , the Latin one . She is such a nice girl when she took my order inside the store , and made my coffee the absolute best.

I’m the only car in line and I was still asked to pull ahead and wait. For what?! I’m the only one here.

Went to two different baskin robbins in the area. Based off the online menu it has the full menu. Went to two different locations that don't have brownie sundaes nor do they have all the flavors, but if you attempt to place an online pick up order you can order things that they don't even have. The website needs to be fixed to display what's in the actual store.

Luis served us the best ice cream combination in Orlando! He treated us with kindness, patience and respect! Good ice cream place, must try

Terrible hygiene. Need to practice safe hand washing after scratching butt, and hair. Don't smell finger.

THE ICE CREAM WAS MELTING!!! The kids working there did not know what to do and kept talking to each. The ice cream freezer was WARM!!! Good Lord. Stay away from here.

This being so close to Disney I had a feeling it was run by muppets, overweight dead beats that can’t be bothered to take orders or smile, locking the doors early and telling us the milkshake blender doesn’t work.Baskin robins / Dunkin needs to pay attention to these reviews before these little over weight nerds kill off the brand.

Went this morning to buy the drink that is in promo by tmobile and was treated like trash by The supervisor EVE *SHE asked me in the most rude attitude that i needed to order the drink in the app and to get off the window to do it so.... i told her u do not have the best attitude mam.. and she said don't do it in the window again i was not trying to order in the window was trying to redeem the offer and driving off she had Asked ME TO SPEAK ENGLISH IM LATINO IVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTFUL TO ANY ONE I DID ASK HER ARE YOU LOOKING AT YOUR SKIN COLOR ?DO U KNOW U ARE A PERSON WHO PEOPLE DISCRIMINATE A LOT U GOT NO RIGHT TO BE RASIST TO ME OR ANYONE SHE SAID DO WHT EVER I WANT I DID INFORM HER I WAS CALLING COOPORATE AND I DID **JUST FAIR WARNING IF U LATINO THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH SPECIALLY THE SUPERVISOR **AND NOP I WAS NOT RUDE AT ALL I HAD NO NEED I KUST NEEDED MY DRINK NO NEED TO ARGUE WITH ANYONE I HAD A GREAT DAY AT WORK SEEMS LIKE NOT HER CASE

I understand it's a double concept but it only carries 10-12 flavors which Baskin Robbins is known for the 31 flavors and of course the flavor I eat they didn't carry. Not a fan and wouldn't go back unless they get more flavors
