I am a local and have developed a love/hate relationship with this place. This is NOT a negative review, just a thorough one. Allow me to explain why.This is the closest location to where I currently live. As a result, we make frequent trips here looking for specific flavors we are fond of. Actually we got Dunkin Donuts and not Ice cream. Terribly disappointed. I ordered Hot Chocolate, it was basically unsweetened watered down chocolate. They had very little options for Donuts. I will say the staff was very friendly and did give us a coffee to replace the Cocoa.
This particular Baskin-Robbins, in Kissimmee, was smaller than most I've been in, and consequently was fairly crowded. They had a very limited variety of ice cream flavors available. Though they seem to be well staffed, I'm not sure that all of them knew how things were generally handled. There seem to be some confusion behind the counter. I did appreciate that when I was given my cup of ice cream, and I dropped it on the floor, upside down!, that they replaced it immediately.
