Very dissatisfied with this store, I went to have a Milk shake and I was surprised because the attendant informed me that there was no milk in the store to make, it was 7:30pm and the store only closes at 11pm. I was very disappointed.

The absolute WORST experience. My two year old wanted some ice cream, so I decided to take her to this location. We asked for her ice cream and as I was paying for it, she dropped her entire ice cream. I asked the lady at the register kindly if she could please get another ice cream since she witnessed that my daughter had not even taken her first bite. With an attitude she responded that she could only give me one scoop on a tiny cup. I could’ve walked out without paying, but I chose to pay the $7 for the tiny scoop she gave me us. The saddest part is that the Hispanic lady who treated us so poorly claimed to be the owner of this business. This is the last time I visit this location.

Just left this establishment and witnessed a roach crawling across the topping counter as we were checking out. Can’t imagine how many others were around!! Or if any others dropped into the toppings and flavors. Very disappointing as it was treated as a casual occurrence, please correct.

🚨HEALTH WARNING!!!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!! IT HAS A ROACH INFESTATION! There was a roach casually walking across the counter headed towards the toppings. The 2 workers were standing there scared to kill it. We asked are you guys going to kill it and they just stared at us. They also had roaches in the bathroom. One worker stated "the owner knows, we can't do anything about it, we just work here." It's clearly not the first time they have seen roaches walking across their counters! We instantly asked for a refund and left!! I was too shocked to snap a pic of the one on the counter but here's a pic of the one in the bathroom. 🚨🚨🚨

I loved the place, I have visited other places but this Ben & Jerrys in the Loop is spacious to share with the family and the ice creams are incredible! The girls who serve are super helpful! Totally recommended!

I loved all the non-dairy flavors, because I don't consume dairy products and there are not many options in the ice cream market, but they have variety and are delicious, the customer services was great, the girls suggested flavors and were friendly and patient, the place was very clean and tidy
