Extremely rude staff member was on her phone WHILE scooping the ice cream and wearing headphones. I watched her treat all other customers like dirt except for one group that was the same ethnicity as her. This behavior really needs to stop.

1st time visit. Booo. The ice cream was so soft that it was melting faster than I could eat it. They offered the same flavors available in the store. I was surprised. A small was 2 scoops and large 3 scoops. The serving size was big, but we were overcharged. Had to buy a water bottle for water. It's cheaper and better to just buy a pint at the convenience store.

I went into the Ben & Jerry’s at The Loop Mall on a rainy day. Although my sneakers were new, they were wet from the rain, but I had already been inside the cinema and Planet Smoothie without any problem. However, when I entered Ben & Jerry’s, the floor was extremely slippery — so much that my 6-year-old son complained he could barely walk and felt like he was going to fall, which he nearly did. I told him to be careful and informed the two staff members who were sitting down:
> “Look, you should check this floor because it’s very slippery. It seems like it was cleaned with soap but not properly rinsed. It doesn’t look slippery just because of the rain; it feels like oil or soap — it’s dangerous. If someone slips, the store will be responsible. Please pay attention to this!”
One of them murmured something quietly in Spanish, so I repeated the same thing in Spanish. The other one replied, “It’s your sneakers! Are you ready to order?” I looked at her and said, “Don’t you understand the risk here? This could come back on the store and the brand!” And she answered, “Are you ordering or not?”
I thanked them and left. I am writing this review so that the company knows what happened and can respond. I found the customer service rude and disrespectful. I was extremely polite and respectful the whole time but was ignored. I hope they improve the service and safety at this location!
First of all, the place was dirty and unorganized, the employees are not wear hairnets or gloves to serve the ice cream, one of the employees have her own dog in the store, she have interaction with him touch him and play with him without washing her hands to take care of us as and start serving the ice cream. The experience was too bad that we don’t ever come back to this place again

The lady take care of us have her dog in the store, she touch him and she serve the customers without washing her hands after touching the dog, no gloves, very bad service, on top of she have a actitude, definitely she dont have any customers service at all! Never coming back to this place. And the cones was old
